Yellowtail - Bellagio Ratings and Reviews
Hubby, sis & I had an early dinner on a weeknight & were lucky enough to get a table outside next to the fountains. What a treat! Delicious food & the Bellagio fountains close enough to throw mist on us. The food is outstanding. Try the Korean BBQ short ribs. The 1st time I had them, I wondered how to eat them without a knife. You seriously don't need one. They melt in your mouth. So yummy! Because they are small plates, you can order many things & share with your tablemates. It's a great way to try different items on their menu. Service is excellent & non-intrusive. We will be back!
Although the service was wonderful and the ambiance was nice. I can't recommend this restaurant. The food is very overpriced. 2 small pieces for sashimi (when usually I get 10 anywhere else). Everything was overpriced. Although delicious. Too expensive for small amount of food.
This was my second time at this restaurant the first time was in 2013 and I feel the quality of some items are not the same as the first time. The kobe beef I ordered did not have the same flavour and wow factor as the first time. I also loved the creme brulee they used to have which they don't have any more. Although my experience the second time around was not the same as the first I would still recommend this place since they made up for the mistakes. The manager David Wilson took care of me and my family very well and made sure we all left there happy. I appreciated everything he did and this is the only reason why I would come back. Yellowtail is lucky to have David.
Yellowtail has the very best menu options and the quality of the foot to match. This is one of my absolute favorite vegas restaurants by far. It’s a must to experience. We had the rock shrimp, The bigeye tuna pizza which is absolutely amazing, Yellowtail Carpaccio with jalapeño slices, steak steam bowl, chicken fried rice spicy and the Protein rolls.
We went after “O”. Kitcken closes aerly so must do the 7 pm show to fully enjoy this gem. We loved the Sake tastig and all the food was to die for. The service was top notch. Despite the crowd the noise level was acceptable and the food came out quickly. It's my 3rd time there and I'm definitely coming back!
The Tuna Pizza is outstanding, as well are the special rolls and new style sashimi choices. Wine selection is supreme. Service was excellent. Make sure you sit in the restaurant and not in the lounge area. Definitely worth a visit. We really loved the food.
CheckIn was not so easy since the were overbooked and the hostess at the entrance were not really friendly. Anyways we took a 20 minutes tour through the mall. And with the second try ever thin went smooth and we had a fantastic night.
The Edamame we ordered never arrived to the table but still appeared on the check. The waiter was very friendly about it and cancelled it immediately.
A/C in the restaurant is too strong - so make sure to dress accordingly. Otherwise you will freeze.
Service very slow to start and took nearly 30 minutes for drinks. Hey then switched serves and it got better but they forgot one of the rolls I order and ended up leaving hungry. It was unfortunate because it was the main item I wanted to try. We were a group of 11 and I understand a couple issues with timing but the combination of slow drinks and my missing food made it a bad experience overall.
I had these reservations for 3 months, and when we got there we were told they had a large party coming and we needed to be out at a certain time. But...they wished us Happy Anniversary when we walked in and the food was great, service was great, view was great, was a nice treat. Totally recommend.
The food was good, but overpriced. That should be expected given its Vegas and the Bellagio, but after eating at SushiSamba (Palazzo) two nights prior, we had something to compare it against and it severely underperformed. There was much less fish in the rolls compared to SushiSamba and the price was was about 30-60% higher per roll. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable, but non-existent many times (took about 25-30 minutes to get our check after we were done eating). Water refill bussers were great though, never an empty glass.
The food was excellent. Service was not. We were brought our main dish first although we asked for the sushi first. Turned out the sushi order wasn't placed. Because our waiter didn't return, we eventually asked one of "runners" to check and it was then the order was turned in. I will admit the sushi was worth the wait.
