It's a lovely spot, but I miss the old South African-inspired menu. It's now kind of an upscale Mexican menu, and that's just a lot easier to find, making this place less special than it had been.
The experience was subpar, which is unusual for Yebo. It was a Mexican theme menu, and honestly pretty awful. I love the original menu. Food was brought out too fast on top of each other, making it chaotic at the table. The dessert we ordered was a Hazelnut cake. She brought out something that tasted like dry banana bread with a slather if hazelnut spread next to the banana bread. Questioned the server about it, and she said this was their hazelnut cake. Service was the worst I’ve ever had at any Justin Anthony restaurant, which was surprising.
It was perfect for a birthday and intimate gatherings! My wife had the Frozé and really enjoyed it!
this was my 2nd work dinner here in the last 4 months, and it was a great spot for it once again. we sat at the high tops by the bar and ordered family style. service was a little lacking, but the food and drink were great. they were also helpful to accommodate our 4 top that turned into 7 and then 9 people!
Overall a nice dining experience....look forward to dining on the patio.
Yebo has a New Mexican food slant on their menu. The queso and Tacitos were good but we missed many of the summer menu staples, like shrimp tacos and ostrich sliders. On the hole we liked the old menu better
Yebo creates a cozy atmosphere and the cocktails were great. The food was the average Atlanta fare - decent, and slightly overpriced. Service was attentive at the very beginning, but then dropped off significantly as the restaurant got busy.
The new menu selection was good but I was hoping for some South African fare to remain on the summer menu.
Yebo Beach House is a perfect 10. Along with a wonderfully appointed dining room and bar, the food and service are truly exceptional. Owner, Justin Anthony, is the real deal and makes you feel like family.
The hostess was kind of rude but the waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. Food and drinks were good, not great. The ambiance is this restaurant’s biggest draw - decor, color and space is phenomenal. The wine cellar downstairs, which is where the private restrooms are, looks like the perfect spot for a cute low-key meeting.
Food great service very slow.
Very noisy in main dining room. Makes conversation extremely difficult and distracting. Service was Sub par. Out waiter was not very attentive.
All 4 of us were disappointed this time. They changed the menu & took off several of our faves. The new items were disappointing. Our server was new & needed more training.
We will wait awhile before returning.
Delicious South African fare. The bobotie was delicious.
Excellent dinner w/my spouse, good service and wine selection
My family and I attended for my mother‘s 60th birthday and our waiter Jason was fabulous the food was delectable and we all enjoyed ourselves!
Very loud and cramped but the food was amazing.
Very nice atmosphere and food is good.
Incredible experience! Absolutely stunningly beautiful restaurant and the food is excellent. One of my top dining experiences in Atlanta.
Went for my girl friends birthday it was perfect mix of fancy, classy, and casual all at the same time. Food came out fast which made me worry but everything we ordered were amazing. Arugula salad and ostrich bolognese were fabulous. Cheese cake desert was amazing. Gin, mint drink was amazing
Amazing food and atmosphere! Our server, Juliet, was phenomenal. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
It was great
amazing food and service...as always!!! The lamb chops are to die for!
We took a couple who had never been there & they loved it. The owner added a lovely touch by sending us a delicious dessert. Can’t wait to come back!
Went for a birthday dinner. Delicious, lively, great wine list.
Our meal at Yebo Ski Haus was outstanding. The drinks were excellent, the service (by Juliet) was personal, knowledgeable and perfect, and the food was unique and delicious. We had a wide variety of foods, and we can't wait to come back when Yebo Ski Haus becomes Yebo Beach Haus for the season.
It was our Valentine’s Day dinner but just on the 15th, we arrived late for reservation but they were very accommodating. This is our go to restaurant for an intimate night out.
This was our first visit but it won't be our last. We selected Yebo for our Valentine dinner and were not disappointed.
We went the tapas route and glad we did. The cauliflower fish, the broccoli dish, the sliders and the bobitie were great tasting and appropriately sized and the cost was reasonable.
We selected a nice bottle of So African wine which paired nicely with food. A bit pricey but worth it.
Our server was great, attentive without being overwhelming. Even the car valet was great.
Loved the atmosphere, it was pleasantly energetic but not overpowering.
We recommend visiting.
We enjoyed our meal, but must mention that the South African influence is very light. So dont expect genuine South African cuisine. The meal was good and service was excellent. We would go back again and it looks like the outside area would be great in the Summer.
Love this place and the ambience is great. One of the most fun places to hang with friends or a date. Maybe one of the last quiet date spots left in Atlanta. Food is on point.
Wonderful place to eat! A tried and true favorite! Took my parents here while they were visiting and loved it!
The food was delicious! We shared some appetizers and small plates. Be sure you try the roasted cauliflower.. we were trying to scoop up the sauce afterwards, it was so good. The ambiance was delightful. The staff were perfect. I can't wait to go back again.
Creative, scrumptious food. Cozy ambience and superb service!
This was our second visit to Yebo. The first being as the Beach Haus , this time, the Ski Haus. Each time the food and service was outstanding. The ostrich sliders are very good. I think the best thing that we've had was this past visit, the beef crepes!!! The flavors were amazing. I woke up the next morning dreaming of how delicious they were. Must go to Yebo!!!
The food is absolutely amazing. Very fresh and bursting with flavor! It’s definitely one of the best places in Atlanta to eat
Always a great meal and great time. Bartender Andrew is amazing and Justin the owner is very engaging!!! We love this place and alway recommend to friends and family. One of our fave spots.
Great menu and beautiful decor. Exceptional service.
Food was delicious and service was good. We particularly recommend the ostrich sliders, the barley risotto, and the seared salmon. Great drinks too. We were there on the early side, so noise level was fine.
Good service, good food and a nice atmosphere. I went on a Friday evening and the bar area was packed. Luckily, I had a reservation so we didn’t have to wait for seating.
