i could sit and eat the wagyu skewers all day long, whilst drinking the Japanese beer on tap. Absolutely love coming here. We can do a city family dinner for $100, and not eat everything that we order. Our favorite little Japanese restaurant in the heart of Chinatown

As a regular visitor to Japanese restaurants both in and out of Japan the only good aspect of this restaurant was the ambience. The iPad type ordering system was not easy to use and when we ordered everything came out with a gush and literally filled our table of seven leaving no rooms for even our drinks. When advising the waiter to slow the food delivery down, it just kept coming until I literally told them “No”! Food quality was less than average and at more than $100 a head would not go back. I was the host and did not voice my disappointment in front of my guests.

The sashimi and sushi are very delicious and look nice. The staff are also friendly. This is a store where you can feel safe no matter when you go!

Our party had high expectation with a la carte after trying the omakase few months ago but ended up with complete disappointment. We tried skewers, sushi and a few cooked dishes. All courses failed in taste and quality with the exception of the creative peach tomatoes and the nicely grilled squid. It’s a very busy night but that should not be the reason of the failure.

Cool looking setup and the staff were nice enough. The quality of the food was appalling. The 4 yakatori sticks for $30 were waste cuts and mini sausages. Dry but not braised enough. Burnt edamame beans. I won’t go on. Any supermarket or food court sushi is better than theirs. Don’t waste your money
