The experience was awesome. The food was incredible. Price wise is a little expensive, but it is worth it. I took my wife on date there to celebrate valentines, it was our first time eating at Yauatcha and Drew our waiter gave us great suggestions. We definitely coming back!!

The fried dishes in the Luna New Year set are too dry.
Can't see which dishes are fried on the manual, to avoid or substitute. Ordered 4 sets for the business lunch, but disappointed.

Menu offerings are creative and tasty, ambiance is upscale and sleek. A little pricey. Noisy, especially on a Saturday night. The desserts are to die for, though they have changed the dessert menu lately, so several selections are no longer available. Service could be a little more attentive, but wait staff are pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall a good experience.

Server was not attentive and wasn’t helpful at all. The dim sum dishes were not as good as I remembered from my previous visit. We had to remind our server to bring our drinks and we didn’t receive all the dishes we ordered.

A bit disappointing. Very loud. Service was less than attentive. Food was good, but expensive and poor service. Waitress was interested in serving bigger party and basically came by three times and to give us our check. Manager filled water and was apologetic, but considering it was our first time, it did not leave a good impression. In the star rating listing the noise level as "energetic" was not a positive thing. If we did not lean totally across the table we could not hear each other. The Lion dance was the highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, after the dance, we were the forgotten table and the time in-between courses grew longer and longer. :( Too bad, really beautiful restaurant with the black ceiling and twinkling lights.

I absolutely love this restaurant... Not only is it hip and comfortable, the staff is on top of everything and attentive. The specialty drinks are amazing, and the food is fantastic. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Houston and I've been here since 1981..

Quality and Pricy Foods
It was a girls day-out to a good lunch, and we had good foods. We ordered short ribs, baked Chilean seabass, sticky rice in lotus leaves, crispy prawn cheung fun, tofu and eggplant claypot, stir-fry Penang kwetio noodle, crab and sweatcorn soup, and steamed rice. They were all good, except the stir-fried noodles was on the salty side. The service was average today.
The prices were on the high side, so it is a place to go when you need a treat. I wish they would do something to cut down the noise.

Went to the one in Honolulu for late night snacks at bar. Excited to try more of the menu when I saw it opened in Houston. Had the generous tasting menu: fantastic! As was service. Was surprised the bill was as low as it was given cocktails as well. Great value. Wonderful!

Initially, I was a little concerned when I realized there were dim sum carts, and also when I saw how big it was. However, that concern and vanished when are dim sum arrived. Incredibly delicious. Every dish we had was off the scales. The hot and sour soup must to be tasted to be believed. Best I have ever had, and it is one of my favorites. I would return just for that soup alone! Great service. Very beautiful restaurant decorated with a Mondrian theme. I will definitely return.

Dining here was a fun experience. The wagyu beef rolls, mushroom dumplings, and mushroom noodles were excellent. The soft shell crab was complicated to eat as somehow I had to find a way to put sliced almonds and a crab with all its legs in a bite at one time. The lobster dumplings were a tad over cooked for me. Don’t get me wrong - I still ate them. The service, well...they tried. They ignored us for a bit and then five different people showed up at various times to assist thereafter. No one seemed happy or enthusiastic about working there. Nonetheless, I love dim sum and this was a mostly pleasant dinner.
