   I've visited this place before for chicken Wanted options so we choose chicken and salmon. We asked salmon be cooked well done. We got charboiled instead. The quality vs. price is not worth going again.

   Some of the best soul food I've ever had! Amazing service as well. The only thing was the music in the restaurant did not match the vibe at all. Not sure why country music was being played in a soul food restaurant lol.

   Everything was wonderful! The food and drinks are delicious, the atmosphere is nice and cozy and the customer service is great! We'll definitely be back!!

   I had eaten at The Bird (the version of Yardbird that opened in Singapore) and knew that if I ever had the opportunity to eat at the location that started it all I should take it. And I wasn't disappointed. We reserved a table for Brunch, though showed up early and were easily accommodated. We probably didn't need to reserve for when we were planning, but by the time we left it was packed so definitely plan ahead. We decided to eat outside since it was such a nice morning and we had a really lovely server. We ordered drinks (the Mexcaloma and Winter Citrus Tonic, both hit the spot) and proceeded to order way too much food. I knew the items that were the crowd pleasers but I forgot how big the portions are. A lot of people will look at the price and think that's too much for Fried Chicken or Biscuits, but when you realize just how much they are giving you it all sort of makes sense. We ordered the Green Tomato BLT (phenomenal) and the Chicken Biscuits (ask for more Pepper Jelly, trust me), and then of course The Chicken and Waffles (which is what made them famous, and for a reason). I also decided to order the Cinnamon Roll and holy cow that's what tipped us over the edge. This thing is the size of your head. You need 4 people to eat this bad boy. Try as we might, we could only just put a dent in any of this extravaganza, and the food coma we achieved was well worth it. We had dinner and breakfast the next morning from our takeaway. I used the InKind app to pay (relatively easy, and they are running a promo if you use it), and we left fat and happy, glad to have visited this amazing little splurge in Miami

   A different take on soul food. As NY’rs we compare this to places like Sylvias, Red Rooater, Melbas and Amy Ruths. The flavors are different and but still really, really good. The deviled eggs are fantastic, and the service was spot on. Enjoyable experience and well run restaurant.

    The food was SO GOOD. We got the pancakes, Mac n cheese and chicken and waffles. The waffles were so crispy and made a perfect combo with the chicken. I couldn’t say enough about our server and how fresh the food was. EAT HERE, you won’t regret it.
