While the atmosphere and service are excellent, the quality of the food or maybe moreso the menu options could possibly benefit from being a bit lighter/healthier. The hollandaise sauce could improve significantly by being a bit more authentic and less adapted to meet perceived tastes.

It was lunch time on a Thursday. at 12 noon they had no F Fries and countless other items on the printed menu. The managers were walking around saying they were sorry. they gave you a complimentary vegetable replacement but they only had one or two options. they blamed it on the purveyor Cisco for the issue. The waiters were like "I just work here"! LOL

Absolutely love that Yardbird has Gluten Free Fried Chicken and Waffles without compromise. Some of the best Fried Chicken bar none. Definitely will be back. Only negative, I asked for soda water for my young son and was told that all they had was Pellegrino by the bottle. I asked specifically if they had soda water at the bar and was told, “No.” After the meal, I approached the bar and they confirmed that they do have soda water. Do not appreciate being lied to.

It was my wife's birthday first time here...the ambiance was perfect casual with an upscale flair right up our alley. The greeting with the manager was wonderful service was nice fast and correct, they have a large staff serving you which was also nice your always attended to. Food was good, the ribs and chicken were my faves however it was all a treat! 1 thing is ...Add a little more creamy cheesy, mac n cheese with the lobster mac n cheese.

It took 15 minutes for the waiter to acknowledge us. Got my dinner and found a piece of plastic in my food. It took another 10 minutes for the bartender to tell tue waiter we we flagging him down about the plastic. After that our waiter apologized and disappeared. 40 minutes went by someone else brought the check, told us 18% gratuity was added. 15 minutes later the manager came by and finally comped my dinner and gave us a free dessert to take with us. Food was good, but overpriced and terrible service.

It’s great to come to Yardbird during the beginning of the week. The service from the waitress was attentive , she explained dishes that we wasn’t sure about. Our entrees and drinks came out on a timely matter.

I want to start off saying management was very helpful. The atmosphere was great. But the only issue that we ran into is that we ordered for two I got my food my fiancé when he received his food it was cold we try to send it back the whole time from beginning to end the server was very lost and confused. Seems like she was on a different planet . Management tried to make the experience better. I enjoy every bit of my food with no issues, but my fiancé didn’t get to enjoy a meal other than that everything else was pretty good except for his meal was cold the waitress was horrible Had a bad off day, but management did fix the issue as best as they could but at that point we were ready to go

Fried Chicken was fine but $42. The market price for the mediocre ribeye was $76. The short rib portion was very small. Pricey cocktails. Offered NOTHING special or acknowledgement of bday noted when making resy. Considering this and final tab, should’ve gone to a wonderful steakhouse.

Excellent service provided. We had someone GF and they not only made sure to acknowledge the options on the menu, but elaborated on the options and how they modify it. Excellent cocktails and amazing mimosa options. Great ambience. Overall wonderful experience - will be coming back!
