    I visited Yardbird twice while staying at the hotel, once for dinner and once for drinks. Both nights were great. We ate the jalapeño bacon jam deviled eggs, the skillet cornbread, and the chicken and waffles. The deviled eggs were so good, I haven’t stopped thinking about them since. The chicken and waffles was a huge portion, and we got the smaller size. Chicken was perfectly crispy and moist, and the bourbon maple syrup married the chicken and the cheddar waffle together perfectly. I tried 3 cocktails between my visits, the firecracker in the patch and the tequila old fashioned were both fantastic.

    Keep in mind that they offer brunch on the weekends, not lunch. The food and service were ok. I think I expected more for some reason. I ordered steak and eggs. My steak was over cooked and I had to ask 2 different people for salt and pepper for my eggs which were cold by the time I received it.

    Our server Dominique was outstanding! Food was amazing as always but Dominique made the dinning experience even better! Will definitely be back and ask for him!

    Great food. The portions are huge for entrees. Appetizers are good, smaller portions for the cost.

    My favorite items were Chicken and Waffle, and their Watermelon cocktails. Foods was good but not as great as I remember it the first time. Also, it was too busy so service was okay.

    Service was really good. Waiter was very knowledgeable on menu and gave us her favorites on the menu. We had the chicken and waffles. Chicken was amazing waffles just ok. You have to order the biscuits, those were delicious. Don’t order the Brussels sprouts or Mac and cheese not worth it.
