Terrible service, was rushed through our entire meal and then ordered wine at the very end just for the server to upcharge us for the most expensive glass without asking

The food is amazing and I booked this for a couple reasons: 1) Basil Hayden custom bottle experience 2) Father’s Day brunch / dinner menu and 3) head chef. I called weeks in advance when the Father’s Day email came out asking about the special menu and brunch and dinner times, the friendly woman on the phone said to book at 4pm to get the best of both worlds as both menus are still served so win win. When we walked in to check in for our 4pm reservation, the two young hostesses were very rude and said just so you know, brunch is over and only the dinner menu is available. I responded with oh that’s weird bc I even called and the girl recommended this time for both. So what the heck?!?! Then when I booked it I put in the comments about how do I go about ordering the custom basil hayden bottle which was the main reason I booked this Father’s Day event. No one ever called me or let me know how to do this and I wanted it in advanced so my husband knew I pre planned this as part of his gift. I called for days and no one ever answered as I wanted to sort ordering the bottle. One day I was able to leave a voicemail but again no one ever called. Then someone finally answered on Saturday and she was rude as heck! She left me on hold for almost 10 minutes and finally came back with oh the Dallas location is not participating in the basil hayden bottle event! This was so disappointing to hear as this was why I booked the event and no I have no gift! Was it that hard to get the bottle engraver, I know one in the area. Plus the rudeness of the girl delivering this was ridiculous. Also, the email and website did not have this disclaimer so very misleading. I would have booked something else had I known this. We did the Garrison Brother whiskey dinner and it was great! The chef is amazing and that is another reason I booked. Luckily he delivered with great food and our waitress was great.

Yardbird is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. The food is amazing and omg the greens are so delicious and also the chicken is perfect!

Service was great, nice atmosphere and decor, food was delicious—bacon could have been crisper, but that’s my personal preference. Loved the extra crispy hash brown. The jalapeño deviled eggs were on point. We weren’t offered up breakfast condiments upon ordering which is probably not the standard protocol but it should be. Give folks the chance to say no rather than having them ask. We did get a set up of condiments after asking for one and it was fabulous. Overall, good experience and would go back for brunch with the ladies.

We enjoyed our dinner before the ballet. We ordered the deviled eggs as our appetizer. I wish the appetizer came with six instead of four. Otherwise, everything was delicious in our server was attentive and helpful.

This place was amazing!!! We went on a day and time it was not too busy (Sunday) and enjoyed evehthing about it. The service was top tier and I would recommend hands down. Bani was the best and has such great hospitality.

The food was terrible, the fries were so salty and test less. The burger test so bad! I will not recommend this place

Excellent dinner to celebrate my mom’s 77th birthday. We were a party of 17 so it could have been a lot to handle. A lot of restaurants struggle to serve large parties or don’t even allow it. But, Adrian was patient, friendly and accommodating. We got there right as brunch was ending and they allowed some of us to order from that menu. The food was excellent and served timely. Most of all, we had a great time and my mom was delighted! We can’t wait to come back.
