Reservation for anniversary dinner, special occasion. Requested at least small acknowledgement. Upon arrival no acknowledge of even reservation let alone occasion. Tried to seat us at a dirty hi-top table with wife wearing nice dress and I a suit. Monday night so nearly no business or reason for this. Sat in booth behind drunk idiot 20 somethings screaming loud. Ruined experience. Food was pretty good. This place sucks unless you want to be drunk after work and obnoxious and show off. Other than management staff are not worth a thing. So many better places to be, skip it.

Made a reservation for a group of four before going to a concert. Ambience had good pre-concert energy without being too busy/loud. Everyone loved their food/appetizers. The food I tasted (poke nachos, spinach artichoke dip, and carne asada tacos entree) was all delicious and fresh! I particularly liked the two size options for most menu items since we did do appetizers. Most of us ordered alcoholic drinks which were great! Our server was friendly and attentive without being around too much. She was super nice and even had a good laugh with me about my request to leave the cilantro off the tacos. Would go again!

Had not been here for a year or so. Always seemed to have good food and service and this was no exception. For a facility that serves a large amount of people and both food and drinks, the food and service are always very good.

Evidently they were short-staffed and/or had new kitchen help. Several of our party received the wrong food. Out of those, who did get their correct order, half received cold food. We ask for plates for the appetizers several times and we were just about done with them, before someone finally brought plates. Maybe it was just an off night. We have never had these problems in the past.

This was a business lunch - 3 of us. They did a nice job. They got a special order right that had many moving parts! I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Wonderful.

We realize there may be a staff shortage as service can take quite a long time, especially on a super busy night. Overall, not bad. We usually go there weekly after a rehearsal downtown, do we enjoy getting a chance to wind down.

Service was terrible. Took over an hour to get food. Everyone around us arrived after us but got food before us. Appeared server just forgot to put in order then covered up mistake with excuses that kitchen was "crazy".

Love the food at any Yard House, but this particular one seemed to give much smaller portions than other places I’ve went to. Our server looked like she hated her job and it was the last place she wanted to be. I get it. It’s not most glamorous job in the world, but at least try not to look annoyed when someone asks a simple question about the menu. I don’t know if we would ever return to this location.

It's very noisy and there's basically no parking except on the street and a few blocks away. But, the food was great and so was the service. If it hadn't been a cold blustery day we wouldn't have minded the walk from the car.
