The food is great and the service generally very good. However, while this restaurant is usually noisy, the noise level was absurd during our last visit due in particular to one very large party which should have had its own separate space. It was difficult to carry on a conversation in the first place, but at one point a DJ blasted music at such deafening volumes that the patrons at every table just sat, unable to talk to their own group, and people started to leave. Since the restaurant has become popular with large parties in the main dining room, at this point we would hesitate to go back despite enjoying the food.

Great meal with 8 friends. We shared a bunch of delicious appetizers and a couple of main dishes. Excellent food and fine service. Louder than I prefer, but a great get-together.

The food at this location never disappoints! Everything is well-spiced, expertly prepared and most portions are generous. Thought it was odd that our server brought an iPad-like device to our table to settle the bill, and stood over my husband’s shoulder while he tapped his card to pay, watched his every move, including watching him steer away from the 22 percent default tip. A big deviation from the usual classy service that I have experienced here.

Fabulous dinner out with friends. The service and the food were both absolutely exceptional! Really sweet waiters. And the hostess was very kind. Perfect dinner.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant to be honest, the staffs were very kind and amazingly wonderful. The food was overall great and well served and there was this one specific staff I believe was Lebanese who was extremely kind and made sure we were having a good time and great experience!! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Portions too big for meze and too expensive. Kenneth naje not good. Too hard, too big, too much bulgur and veal is a better option than lamb. White onion too sweet why red onion is a better choice. Habanero to kebbe naje was very strange but understand as most of the kitchen staff is Mexican.

Enjoyed sampling several appetizers with a vegetarian friend….My favorite was fatteh eggplant; my friend (who has dined there another number of times) loved the vegan kibbeh. If you’re in Midtown East and craving Middle Eastern cuisine in a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere, this restaurant is a good choice.

We order appetizers all taste A+ very excellent taste. We ordered Shawarma platter, beef and chicken. Need a little extra help on flavors and cooking.
