   My daughter and I shared the top Wagyu platter on a Friday lunchtime. The beef and the sides were superb. Great value considering the quality.

   デザートプレートをお願いした際に、スタッフの方が笑顔で持ってきて下さり一瞬で晴れやかなムードになることができました。また、お会計の後にも別のスタッフの方から、お祝いの言葉をかけてくださり心から嬉しく大満足で食事をすることができました。おかげさまで、かけがえのない1日となりました！また必ず来店したいです。ありがとうございました😊

   お店自体はそれなりに混みあってましたが店員さんが皆さんよく動いてらして、何度も気にするように付近を通ってくれるので呼び鈴を押さずとも声掛けしやすくてとても良かったです。料理は勿論美味しかったです。

   思ったよりコスパが良く、期待してた以上にお肉が美味しかったです。彼女の誕生日で利用させてもらったのですが、プレートやサービスなど彼女共々満足させていただきました。またご利用したいです。

    ネットで予約ができて、前日にも来店確認のお知らせがあり、当日数年に一度の大雨の中来店してみると、コロナの影響で休業との事でした。 事前に何かお知らせをいただけなかったのでしょうか。 同席者も濡れながら来てもらったので申し訳なかったです。 好きなお店なので、非常に残念です。

    コースより高いオーダーをしているのに、飲み放題がコースにしかつけられないという融通のなさは少し興ざめした。外人を雇うこと自体は構わないが何を言っているかわからないレベルはやめてほしい。時間を気にするばかりに料理をどんどん出してきて机に乗らないようになって焦らされた。 なんで質問が英語でててくるの？このサイト自体おかしい。

    掘りごたつ式のお席に通してくださり、久々の友人との会話も弾み、ゆったりとした楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。お席のご配慮のおかげです。ありがとうございます。ただ、最後、お会計の際、一言でいいので、ありがとうございましたのお声があってもいいかなぁと思いました。寂しい気持ちになりましたので。。。トータル的には食事の提供時間もスムーズで、お味も美味しくまたリピートしたいて゛す。

    From the moment we arrived, the staff was great. We were greeted, promptly shown to a great table, where the server explained the process and options Ann's recommended different meat cuts. Shew was attentive throughout the whole experience. The meat was amazing, delicious rice and fresh veggies made for a wonderful experience. The environment was very nice, comfortable and casual at the same time. Highly recommend it!

    トラジの券をもらったので来店しました。 会計時限度額に行ってしまったので、一部現金でと言われた。券にはそんなこと書いてない。 あと店員がアジア系の外人さんで、日本語がなかなかうまく通じない。日本人の店員も新人みたいな人で質問するといちいち確認して参りますとのこと。あの値段払ってその対応はあっていないとは思いますが

    お店自体が新しいのかとても綺麗でした。接客も感じが良かったです。ただし、テーブルが開店と同時に座った一番目のお客さんだったのにキムチで汚れていたのが気になりました。

    We found this place online and booked a reservation the same day. The place is located in level 3F above an Excelsior Cafe and we took an elevator right up. The menu had a lot of variety (and they have English speaking staff and menus). Would recommend to anyone who loves beef and seafood over a hot grill!

    肉の日ランチ利用です。黒毛和牛のランチをいただきました。他の店舗ではサラダはついていなかったので嬉しかったです。すべてのお席かわかりませんが囲いがあり周りを気にせずゆっくり出来ました。

    義母との新年のご挨拶とお食事の為、予約をして伺いました。最初は静かで会話も弾み、美味しく頂いていました。が、アジア系の3人グループが入ってからは、物凄くうるさくて早々に退店しました。お料理も接客も良いのですが、隣との間が近い事が残念です。次に伺う時は個室にしようと思います。

    Went here for Christmas Eve. It was very special, we had a private room. The sirloin sushi was unbelievable and the Waygu steak bowl was the best thing I ate during g my whole trip to Japan

    予約していったのに 席は最悪 授業員が3、4人固まってしゃべっているし客の椅子の仕切りの空間にお尻を出して話ししていた 席の後ろを通るたびにぶつかって座席の背中に振動がくる コース料理を頼んだら 運ばれてくるのが一気にきてコース7000円のを頼んだけど 店を出るまでに１時間しかかからなかった何時も行っている池袋サンシャイン店とは サービスが全然違う 居心地悪い 居酒屋みたい 新宿本店か高島屋店の三ヶ所で迷ったけど 選択失敗 少ないボーナスで焼肉と思ったのに コース頼むのはやめておけは良かった！ いつもは飲み物ももっと頼んでいるけど

    サービスが悪すぎる。二度と行かない。 予約したのにも関わらず、食べ終わってもいないのに次の予約があるから1時間で席を空けてくださいと言われた。 食事は食べるためだけにあるのではなく、久しぶりに会って話をすることも楽しみのひとつ。 ムカついたから肉だけ食べて別の店に行きました。牛角の方がマシ。 ただ他の店舗は気持ち良いサービスを受けられるのでこちらの店舗はやめた方がいいです。
