   We chose Xquisit because of its proximity to the Renaissance Mall and the Carnaval Casino, and were very happy we stopped in. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious... I had the Ravioli (pesto sauce, spinach, mushroom) and my wife had the Cornish Hen (pina colada sauce). The restaurant played soft background music, with a jazz flavor (think Sade). Overall a very nice experience.

   We visited this restaurant on our first night in Curacao. They offered a prefixed dinner for $34.99. Your dinner included an appetizer, main dish, and dessert. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine since 4 of us were ordering the prefixed dinner . There were many options and overall each of our dishes were delicious! The staff were attentive and would recommend you visit when on the island of Curacao! It's located right near the Renaissance Hotel.

   Went after arriving at 5pm, so we wanted to rest a bit then dinner. It was Saturday and not crowded at all from 7 to 9. More peo pl e came in at 9. Perhaps late flight. We had salads. corn soup, grouper and mahi mahi. All were delicious. We also had a bottle of wine and dessert. Solange was attentive and very gracious in helping in our decisions. Restaurant is next to Renaissance hotel, very convenient.

   We found this restaurant on Open Table and were so very pleased. We did the price fix for $34.99. I had the Pork Rib and my Husband had the Mahi Mahi. This is a great place for couples. Enjoyed it tremendously.

   Enjoyed our dinner here while staying at the Renaissance on vacation. The staff was friendly and did a great job, and the food was very good. The prices are a little high but were what I'd expect for the convenience of the location. We ate here twice and weren't disappointed.

   The people working there love what they do. You can see that back in service quality of the food and the friendly meant smiles. Love this place 8th visit in a year

   Reservations for 3 at 8pm on New Years Eve, 2016. Service started out badly before the meal even started. There was no one manning the host stand. A gentleman approached us carrying a mop, passed us, and then disappeared into the men's bathroom. We would later discover, during the more than half hour we waited for our table to be ready, that this gentleman was the manager, and that many of the staff had "called out sick" because of the holiday. They had untrained waitstaff trying to make drinks, managers setting tables, and no one was keeping an eye on the reservation book. This resulted in our drinks being prepared one at a time. The first two came out about 10 minutes apart. When the third failed to materialize we gently reminded them and eventually it appeared, but the others were starting to get warm by this point. Once we were eventually seated, the manager came by to offer to comp these drinks. They appeared on the check anyway. To his credit he did remove them when asked, but if we hadn't checked our receipt they wouldn't have caught it. Speaking of checking the receipt, they helped themselves to a 15% service charge automatically. IF they had done a great job, and IF we were were a large party, and IF the restaurant was in the US, I would have found this normal, but none of the above was true (FYI, 10% is considered by most to be a good tip in Curaçao). The food you ask? A weird, sweet gelatin lay beneath the caprese. The asparagus that accompanied the lamb was grey and overcooked. The lamb itself was decent but Williams & Sonoma make a better osso bucco sauce, by FAR. The pumpkin potash was the best appetizer we ordered. Avoid the tuna roll, it was bland and the wasabi was about the same color and taste as the asparagus. The soy sauce was also strangely viscous. The saxophonist, presumably present for the holiday, was the highlight of the meal. Overall, not the experience I've come to expect that Marriott would allow to operate underneath its umbrella.
