What a great spot! The tacos and guacamole were outstanding. We can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Saturday night was my 2nd time dining at this great new find. The best way to eat here is to try a little of everything because you don't want to miss out on any of the delicious items. Soft tacos, tamales, guac (!) with huge round tortilla chips , the most amazing wild mushroom huarchitos and complimentary margaritas should not be missed. The food is not like anything found at the other Mexican restaurants in the area. The décor works perfectly. Maria, the owner, is a delight as well. Don't let the strip mall location fool you - Xochi is definitely something special.

We loved loved loved Xochi! I brought my husband here for his birthday because he's been dying for good tacos, and WOW! We were delighted with this experience. Creative, fresh, delicious recipes...warm, friendly staff that made us feel like we've been friends for years... Doesn't get better tHan this! Try the Korean Taco, drunken beans, tamales, half chicken...It's all taco heaven and the churros are soooo amazing! BYO whatever you want to drink (we brought tequila for margaritas!)! This place is a total gem. Can't wait to go again soon!

We ordered the grande chef platter for 2, which was a lot of food! We got all 3 salsas & tortillas, guacamole, 2 tamales, 9 tacos, and 3 sides of our choice. It was a great way to sample the restaurant's offerings. Everything was wonderful! Very flavorful with just the right amount of spice. We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely return.

Visited for dinner on a Saturday night. Food was outstanding . The short rib was delicious. Definitely not your average Mexican food. Owner was there and extremely friendly. Already planning to go back

This place has only been open a short time. I really enjoyed the food. The service could be a little better (at least our server), but I'm sure that will improve with time.

Excellent and authentic Mexican food. An amazing suburban find that is worth a drive for folks who have been hankering for excellent Mexican food outside of the city, the Southwest, or Mexico itself. Try the huarachitos - a trio that includes short rib, chicken, and mushroom. The tamales are a must. Small tacos allow for a tasting among a range of delicious options. Love the butternut squash taco. Broad menu can satisfy even the most picky of eaters.

The food is dynamite! Bring a little patience and some tequila, the service is a little sluggish.

The owner of this restaurant is the nicest person. Every staff member is knowledgeable and friendly. It's great for kids or just a girls night out. Don't forget to try their margaritas on the house!!!

Interesting menu. Nice find in the neighborhood. I like that they try to be somewhat adventurous and not just the standard Mexican fare. We really enjoyed the appetizers. The entrées were so-so, but we ended up enjoying them as well. There's a great kids menu. It's a great deal for six dollars the kids get an entrée, side, dessert, and a drink.

We will definitely be going back.

This new restaurant is a welcome to the neighborhood kind of place. The ambiance is relaxing and friendly and the sort of place we needed for a special visit. The waitress was energetic and while a bit overly anxious to help us, we appreciated her eagerness. The food is delicious, there are some new twists on Mexican style food that gave it flavor and personality. You have control over how much you want to eat and this means you don't pay for large portions that you either don't want or end up having to bring home. It's byob which also makes it very good value.

They have been open just a month or so. The staff is very polite and made recommendations we took and found delicious - the Huarachitos and the Drunk Beans. We tried 3 different tacos; Mahi Mahi, Korean and Ropa Vieja. The steak in the Korean taco was a bit tough but otherwise all the tacos were excellent. I look forward to going back soon.

Great interesting food! Not regular Mexican food; fusion of ingredients from other cultures.
Delicious, tasty choices - Korean tacos, MahiMahi tacos, butternut squash tacos, wild mushroom tacos and many more. Tortilla soup was outstanding! Lovely friendly owner as well as attentive waitstaff makes this a memorable meal! A neighborhood goodie!
