Excellent overall experience. One of the best Spanish wine cellars in Miami.
Haven’t been here in a few years and it’s still good.
Service was very good but the food was SO SALTY it’s about all we tasted. The paella was SO SALTY couldn’t eat it.
The wine was great and the ambiance is very nice. Sat downstairs in the small room.
Excellent restaurant. The food delicious and the service great. I would definitively go back.
Cojonudo. That’s all. I don’t need 50 words for that
The place is wonderful with authentic food from Spain and not like the "so called Spanish food restaurants" which offer somewhat similar taste but at times wrong ingredients and recipes more adapted to the local taste. This was a true find, I'm from Spain and I can asure this is the real deal. On the expensive side I should say ( 4 people for $260) but worth trying.
The staff, the food and the entire experience was incredible I WILL be back and even made my reservation for Easter.. LOVED IT!
Awesome service, food and night. Food was amazing , paella mixta was on point. The rice was perfectly soft and nothing was over cooked. Dessert was out of control and they have an incredible wine list. Truly a Miami treasure in the middle of coral way, will defiantly come back.
Espectacular restaurant para mi uno de los mejores de Miami. Y los meceros Mercedes y Rance son extraordinarias personas muy carismáticos y súper especiales
We got there 10 minutes early, but nonetheless, the hostess sat us down. Nobody approached us; not even to ask what type of water we wanted. My husband and I we were rather hungry. Horrible service and poor organizational skills; to say the least. Two other couples were sat down after us and the waiter approached them before us. The only compliments they will receive from us are towards the musicians. Their music was good.
After waiting for 35 minutes, my husband and I left. Do not dine here if you are hungry!
Deben mejorar la carta de vinos por copas. En especial en vino blanco
Great food! Amazing service.
We were on a Thursday night and they had live music!
Lovely venue and spectacular cuisine. Most authentic Spanish food I've ever had outside of Spain. Paella was spectacular, and the menu is very extensive.
We were having a great experience, with poupolo and blood sausage exceptional, then the waiter who had been good, had two giant tables come and he forgot about us. We asked for the bill and left. Atmosphere was ok, food seeming exceptional
Excellent croquettes and steak.
Xixón has some of the best tapas I have ever eaten. Everything is delicious. The tapas come at regular intervals and allow time to enjoy each one.
We had the seafood paella with prawns... yummy
Seafood is fresh.
Lentils are superb, the meatballs are excellent, the montaditos were tasty. Now the down part: the potatoes on the Russian salad were hard and the ice cream was low quality (cheap ingredients at just $4). However don’t be mislead. This is the best Spanish restaurant in Miami. The best singers sometimes are out of tune
Awesome place. Great food. Live music!
We had a reservation and the hostess was rude and offered us a table at the “bar” ... they didn’t have a table available (despite our reservation) so we were accommodated at a very long table and we had to share it with 4 other people. Due to this, the bills were mixed up and we got our neighbors bill. Our waiter was very kind and quick about fixing it. The food is always great and the ambiance is nice.
I thought the food was better than other Spanish restaurants in Miami but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
Cenamos en un momento donde la mesa al lado nuestro tenía ocho comensales,no jóvenes, sino adultos que sus gritos y risas no permitían escucharnos.
Great food, service and ambience
Always excellent service, food and wines... we like going when it not that busy so that we can sit in the bar downstairs.. Sundays are to crowed it for our enjoyment.
busy, noisy, average food for the money. Maybe better during the week
One of our favorites because food is always very fresh and tasty! Great selection of Wine.
Great service and amazing food. Our server Luis was super friendly and helpful.
This is a very Good restaurante , food is great autentic Spanish food
we had a great time in an attractive setting and the food was equally as great.
Good food and good service. Our waiter was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very pleasant. We will recommend it and we’ll be back soon.
Absolutely delicious as always! We love going here.
Five of us gathered and ordered an evening of hot (temperature hot, not spicy hot) tapas, but were disappointed in that only a few arrived at expected temperature. Most arrived lukewarm, at best, lukewarm-on-verge-of-cold, or cold (room temperature). This added to mediocre service has turned us off this venue. Too bad....
We did not like the cod. It was too pungent for our taste. The langoustines were delicious. The croquettes were fabulous as were the pear and rice deserts.
Everything was great!
It was excellent! My son invited my mom and I for Christmas 2017 and had a feast. We were nostalgic about our holiday trip to Spain Christmas 2016. This dining experience comfort our desire to be in Spain this Christmas 2017. Maria, the waitress from Spain in the downstairs wine cellar dining, was very gracious, friendly, and helpful in deciding what we were going to eat. Thank you Maria! :)
We had dinner there. Not super good not bad, just an average tapas. Beef cheek was soft and tender, but too salty to over power the meat. Mussel was nice cooked with green sauce. Bacon wrapped date with blue cheese had good balance. Then the tomato bread was again little too salty. Also, the store charged extra $1 for the spicy fries sauce which I felt it should not be charged. And the item we ordered that kitchen had no material to made was added into our bill too.
A friend of mine highly recommended the place. My expectations were high, but the food was good, but not excellent. The service was great (Vanessa). The final tab was pricey for the overall value received.
