Superb shellfish and brunch delights. Try the crab cake benedict. Superb service by Luba & Leslie.
What a horrible experience!! We went to celebrate two Birthday’s with 12 family members (some of which were from out of town). We were seated in a private room, which was a downside because of how much I loved the elegance of the main dining room. So on top of not getting that, the service we received was poor. The wait staff were no where to be found to see if we needed anything else after our meals were delivered. And the meals - subpar!! We have been to this restaurant several times, many years ago, and loved it. However, it is nothing like it used to be. My meal ( Crab cake Benedict) was so salty, I couldn’t eat it, nor could the other family members who ordered it. The eggs were over cooked, an all around horrible meal. We had our tickets “validated” only to discover we still had to pay for parking ( and there were 4 cars involved). Such a disappointment, I regret to say we will never go back!
Disappointed. Very outdated. Went for brunch on Saturday. Had steak and eggs. The steak was diner quality. It's on the 19th floor and the elevators took forever. Will not return.
I was disappointed they did not have the usual lunch buffet. My barramundi fish was delicious but salads and dessert were mediocre. The buffet usually has a choice of good salads and excellent tiny desserts. So I wouldn't recommend this place until the buffet returns in October.
Had breakfast and the buffet left a little to be desired. Felt like I was in someone's home for brunch not up to the standard of a hotel. Just truly wasn't impressed. Next time will run across the street to Wawa and get a bagel!
It was my first time here, but I was impressed as soon as I stepped off the elevator. The scenery is incredible; amazing wine selection with delicious food. I could tell the chef put his heart into the production. I will absolutely be back here again and recommend this as a great place to have a date night out.
Our waitress was Luba and the manager Lesley made our day amazing. Thank you.
Awesome location, great looking place, good service - but very average food, not nearly worth what they charge for it. I had the Duck Breast, which was tough and over cooked. My wife had fish that was tough on the outside and raw in the middle. Just ... disappointed in the food quality for the price we paid.
My third trip here. Brought my mother in law for a special meal but was disappointed. The other two visits were 5 stars. The salad and dessert buffet are the big attractions and this wasn’t available today. Server said in summer they have fewer clients and don’t want to waste food, which I get. However the food we ordered was only fair. Service slow considering only 3 other tables occupied. French fries were cold. We returned them. Club sandwich had deli turkey. For $18 I expected real turkey. In all lunch was $81 + tip which is a lot for 2 sandwiches, Salad, baked oyster appetizer and 3 iced teas. A much better value when buffet is available.
A quiet evening with only a few tables occupied. Food was quite good and service was superior. Our waiter was knowledgable and attentive. Window table on the 19th floor provided for overview of the city. Ambiance was beautiful and elegant. Prices were fair and appropriate for high quality dinner. Indoor parking contiguous to restaurant was most convenient. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for romantic or business dinner.
It’s always a great experience when we visit Nineteen. Beautiful scenery and such a pleasant vibe. Not to mention the food is very good. Looking forward to visiting again
Great views from balcony seating. Must try the chicken ala King, as it originates here.
Excellent dinner I’m a beautiful dinning room and spectacular views of the city. Wonderful evening.
My husband and I dine here 1-2 times/year for lunch as we love their prix fixe lunch. We think it's an excellent value. The prixe fixe meal has always included a salad/charcuterie/soup/buffet; a choice of 5 entrees; a beverage; and a dessert buffet. Because of the slower pace of summer, they eliminated the buffet portions and instead we had a choice of soup or salad, and for dessert there was only one option. It was a good meal, but not as great as when they have the buffets. We're hoping that in the fall that the buffets will return.
Not very crowded at all, perfect for business breakfast
8th Wedding Anniversary
The brunch menu is good, but the desserts were not as wonderful as I remembered from previous occasions. The great thing is it is quiet - no need to shout at our table companions.
Absolutely a spectacular experience. The service (Rasheed) was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. We had our wedding there and received the same level detail during our dining experience. Cocktails were amazing, as were our entrees. We highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to return!
I was quite disappointed. I made these reservations for a team outing. We based our restaurant selection on the menu. When we arrived, the lunch special was not offered, yet it still remained on their website. I was told that a should have received a call informing me of the change. I saved the message in which that information was not given, just a reservation confirmation. The second thing which was troublesome was the time in which we needed to wait for our food order. A wedding was taking place (7/2, 12:30). I guess we were secondary in the kitchen. Overall, I was sadly disappointed as I really wanted to celebrate my team for a year well done. I do not recommend for those reasons.
I love the relaxed feel of this place, very cozy and comfortable. I definitely would return. The mac & cheese was amazing, I ordered a second pan. Service was very good and friendly.
Absolutely beautiful restaurant with excellent, attentive service and outstanding food. We loved it, and will be back!
Got breakfast here while on a mini vacation. I was very pleased. Very nice views and room was classically elegant. Food was good as well and well presented.
There were little kids running around almost the whole tine we were there. They were asked a numbrr of times to stop
My granddaughter and I enjoyed a fantastic lunch before the play today. The restaurant was a beautiful setting. The lunch was wonderful. Service very high quality. I will definitely be returning!
Because of the upscale atmosphere, I expected the food to be better. The tuna tartare was just okay, and the halibut ordered by my companions was disappointing. Our waiter was attentive once he showed up, but we sat for several minutes (in an almost empty restaurant) without anyone coming over to our table.
The service I received was out of this world. The food was fantastic. I made sure I left a tip that was above and beyond what was expected. I will come here again.
Our entree's were on the cold side, other than that everything was great.
We sat outside and enjoyed the wonderful city and excellent food.
The ambiance was great and the food was very good. My waiter was very good as well. The only thing that took me aback a little: I was here for my fiance's birthday. I called and asked if anything would be done, and I was told they could do dessert. I thought it would've been on the house, but it wasn't. I brought it up to the waiter, and he told me they didn't do that. So just a miscommunication, but it didn't ruin the night.
I remember it being more spectacular. The room is tired, used to be grand, still is but needs to be refreshed. We had a gift card that a friend gave us and they told us at the end of the meal that they were hacked and our card would not be honored. I convinced a not very experienced manager that it was Hyatt’s problem, not ours. Finally they let us leave. Not a great experience. And don’t purchase gift cards for anyone from the Hyatt.
Was there for my granddaughter's bday (it's her favorite place) and everyone went out of their way to make it a lovely time. Special shout out to Luba who could not have been more helpful with the children's picky-food issues.
Always a wonderful spot for breakfast and lunch!
Great food and great atmosphere. Excellent service.
My favorite lunch spot-especially appreciate distance between tables which helps with privacy in conversation. Food always excellent-service superb.
The ambiance, the setting, and the service were all outstanding (special compliments to Luba)--it was a wonderful way to celebrate my husband's birthday!
The dining room was very hot, (approx 82-84 degrees F). We advised the hostess, but she said it wasn't hot. The view and ambiance of the room was terrific. The menu was very limited in choices. If you don't like exotic foods, you won't like it there. The waiter was fantastic in every respect. We will however, be unlikely that we will return.
The buffet was pretty weak but the entrees were delicious. I just wish there were more people. It's a great location and setup, but a little strange to be one of two parties dining.
I simply love this place. The staff and food are great!
Our server Luda was friendly, attentive and a pleasure! Thanks!
We had a reservation at 11:30, opening time. Unfortunatly the dining room wasn't ready and the waiters were still sweeping the floor (around our table after our arrival). Unpleasant...
The brunch buffet was really good. Do not order your Main Course to rapidly to make sure you enjoy the buffet appetizer.
There was no ambiance music and before the room got full of guests it was a little uncomfortable...
Nice views indeed.
