They forgot a starter, took it off the bill but actually made it whilst we were waiting for our mains, so we ended up eating that dish for free, nice big portions and amazing flavour. Will be going again defiantly.

We waited an hour after ordering our food before being asked if we were still waiting for our main... at this point we still hadn't had our starter... another half an hour and our main came out. Still no sign of the starter. After mentioning this and almost finishing my main, the starters then came out. Admittedly they did remove this from our bill however it was disappointing no one came around for an hour to check.

No water in bathroom. Dirty sticky carpet. Generally unclean throughout. One pleasant female server. Food was lacking flavour.

Mix up with another group made the team have to change the tables around. It was a busy night so service for ordering the food took an hour then the starters came out at different times so of which were after others had finished theirs. The main courses also took a while. The food was good and hot so no issues with that. The staff were polite and apologetic about the situation and gave us a discount for this. I have been before and Xen are known for quick service so I would still go back in the future. I think it was just a bad night.

The food was fantastic couldn’t fault it, unfortunately the service let it down, or starters came out at different times and had 2 ask 4 times for drinks and extras

Really cool atmosphere and great decor. The customer service was outstanding. Food was AMAZING!👍🏾Dishes come served with loads of fresh veg and the staff are awesome.

Great evening, with helpful and polite staff. The food was super and arrived very quickly, we also had the left overs to take away as it was too nice to throw it awat

Always love going here. Can sometimes feel a little chilly but the food soon warms you up! Mongolian lamb is an absolute must!
