Love the atmosphere and every employee. Food is outstanding and prices are reasonably priced. I’ve never had a bad experience at Rib and Chop. Went for our 40th wedding anniversary and received a picture of my hubby and I along with free dessert. Will definitely be back soon.
Great place, great food! Steaks always cooked right.
We ordered the chicken fried steak to split between the two of us and it was more than enough food and SO good! Two huge pieces of steak and tons of potatoes and gravy. We added a wedge salad which was also very good and huge. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive. Consider sharing a meal or plan to take home left overs. We also tried the funnel cake because the server said it was very good. She didn't lie. We will be back.
Service was great, food was very good, cocktails were great. A little bit noisy, but not the worst.Second time I have eaten there, will definitely return.
We love our Casper Rib and Chop House, and while the food was good, the service in the upstairs area was slow. Our server was great--friendly and professional--but getting food and drinks was not quite the same experience as it is when we've sat in the regular dining room.
Great food, Amazing service. Made our Anniversary perfect.
My wife and I ordered the rib eye steaks. The steaks were so salty that I had a hard time eating mine and my wife only ate a few bites. The server was amazing! really disapointed for $32.95 a plate! If I referred a friend I would deffinately tell them to request little salt.
Great service and terrific food at Casper's Rib and Chop House. The staff is always super friendly--Dahlia took great care of us.
Overpriced for the quality of food. Food lacked flavor.
The food was good and the service friendly. They continue to struggle with timing and consistency. Ordered two margaritas and they were completely different. I do love this place so will go back but I’d like to see them get their timing right and have consistent service.
Amazing food and great service! Definitely recommend!
Good food, great service, our server Sarah, was courteous, and checked in with us every chance she got.
Waitstaff to customer ratio was about 3 to 1. Still the service was lacking. I had to ask for salt and pepper for my baked potato. It was 4:30 PM so very few customers. Everything should’ve been perfect. The baked potato was undercooked, fortunately I don’t mind it that way. I had to ask for extra butter. I’ve been to very few steakhouses that don’t automatically serve some sort of rolls with the dinner. The salad was good. I ordered the ribs which were meaty, but not as tender as I would’ve expected. At first I thought the ribs were way too salty, but I think the barbecue sauce was just very spicy. But it was too salty. I like spicy, but when it’s confused with salty, that’s not optimum.
The items ordered were all very good as was the service.
I was honestly rather disappointed in this place after all the hype I had heard about it. The food was good, but not exceptional. The service was so poor I don’t know if I will be back. Beautiful building though!
2 drinks, 1 appetizer,2 meals $100. food was good, no complaints. We sat at high top table,we had to to find a couple chairs that weren't falling apart. Would I go back? Yea probably. Wasn't great but not bad
Food was hit and miss but the service was great. Tiyana is fabulous.
Hannah C was our waitress on Wednesday. She was amazing. Made our dinning dining experience perfect. We were celebrating an anniversary and they made it special with dessert, a signed card from the staff & a memorable picture.
For a kids menu it comes with free snacks and yogurt while you wait and also a cardboard car you kiddos food sits in, its too cute.
Pricing is very comparable to other places in town but quality is so much better. Down side. It can get a little loud when its full in there. Definitely will be back.
The rib eye was not one of the best I’ve had. My wife’s fillet was excellent. Enjoyed the evening very much. Will be returning
The service was good but the food was terrible. We had steaks and the quality of the meat was poor. Too bad. We have eaten in other rib and chop houses and they were far better. We were disappointed.
Most food was ok. Filets were not cooked right...twice. Ended up giving up on the cook. Save your money and go to the Fire Rock if you want a perfect steak, every time.
The steaks are the best there are in the city of Casper!
The place was very busy but we only had to wait a few minutes for our reservation.. Food was good.
If you’re going to be a rib and chop house, you damn well better learn to cook steaks to order. Especially when you have a poster on the wall describing how to prepare them properly. Maybe next time you will get it right.
Both the steak at our table and the steak for the person at the next table had to be sent back.
Awesome customer service. One of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten!
Our first experience was “just ok.” It was Valentine’s evening, so it was packed, but we were promptly seated.
Our server messed up our order. I asked for a baked potato, he brought garlic mashed. No big deal, but not what I wanted. My husband’s beer order was messed up as well.
A busboy dropped a salad plate near our table. Splattered my husband’s clothes and face with dressing, pinged his temple with a piece of lettuce. Not the end of the world, accidents happen. It just took away from the experience.
The prime rib was tasty, although I prefer Texas Roadhouse’s. Steak seasoning was way peppery. Lobster was good. Fried green tomatoes were good too.
We will be returning.
We had an excellent meal and even better service from Evandro! We will definitely be back!
With all things considered, I give it a "Give it a try" rating. We made reservations and were seated within minutes in a packed house. The restaurant is one of the old brick buildings in Casper so I loved the setting. However, we could never get over the noise. It depends on what they are shooting for. Do they want a setting where you really have to talk very loud to your table, or are they shooting a more comfortable casual setting? It was just my wife and I, and we had to compete with the background noise just to have a conversation. I really think some well placed audio panels along the ceiling would do some wonders.
Food: Now that was mixed. I had the pork-chop, it was ordered Medium and I got it medium well. It was still a bit juicy and it tasted very well. I had it with some mushrooms and my meal was good. My wife ordered some crab stuffed shrimp special and mashed potatoes. We could never decide if the entree was supposed to be hot or cold; it was luke warm at best; it failed at both. Same for the potatoes. They were luke warm at best. So for the food, a split on the rating.
Service was great. I think her name was Erin. She made it worth it.
Prices? No surprises on cost. A few drinks each and meal about $80. Pretty standard for today.
Took my wife out for her birthday! Our daughters, granddaughters and Son in law’s met us there. The service was excellent as was the food ! The price was great imo ! I have nothing bad to say at all!!
Really good food and service every time we have dined there!
I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room I definitely would return to try more dishes. Service was well-timed and friendly. Server was excellent in suggesting what was good on the menu. We will be back
I was very impressed with the Wyoming's Rib and Chophouse in Casper. Our server asked if our visit was for a special occasion. We said yes it was our adult son's birthday. The server took our picture and presented it to us. Another thing that I really enjoyed was the server brought out sliced apples with yogurt for our grandson. She said they do that for all of the children. How nice was that!! it kept him occupied while the adults visited. The food was delicious!! It was cooked perfectly and the presentation was very nice. We will be going back to the Rib and Chophouse for sure.
The place is way to small to accommodate the crowds coming in. Food took to long and the pork chop I got was dry and the seasoning was lacking on it pretty bad. Also my plate of sweet potato fries was not anything. I had about ten fries total. I will not be returning.
I have been at the Rib and Chop in Billings and was so impressed. This one not so much. The atmosphere is noisy, cafeteria like with plastic drinking glasses, no private type booths for a date night, t shirt wearing staff. The food is classy and the atmosphere doesn't match the menu. The food was so so the chicken in the dish was so dry you couldn't swallow it but the shrimp, sausage, and the linguine noodles and sauce were so good! So with all that said I must come back for lunch some late afternoon but I won't be entertaining company or my Husband for date night here.
I have been to multiple locations and our server was very unprofessional. At one point she was complaining about the bartender and used foul language and asked us to look behind us and look at the bartender. I felt my pasta which was the special of the night was very dry and she failed to check up on us and I had to ask a different waitress to get me some Alfredo sauce. In my opinion she did not want to work that night or her best interest was not serving customers.
Sever was thorough, attentive and polite, steaks were cooked asked per requested, ribs were over cooked which made them tough and dry. Overall decent experience
Had party of 7 and the table could only hold 6. They were out of red wine. Charged $15 cork fee. They ran out of Crown Royale. Mashed potatoes were cold sent them back and they came out cold the second time. Ordered steak medium and it was medium rare. Ambiance is still cold and sterile. Server did a great job. Overall rating about a 5.3 out of 10. Service was 4 points.
The food was great. Had the 6 oz filet. It was excellent, cooked perfectly. Garlic mashed potatoes were creamy and garlicky.
Had the ribs. Pretty tough. Nowhere close to fall off the bone. Nothing to write home about. The gumbo, on the other hand, was excellent!
