Chose this restaurant because we wanted Ribs and Steak. They were out of both the NY Strip and Ribeye so we had the "baseball" cut sirloin and the Whole Rack of Ribs. The streak was poorly cooked and extremely tough and the ribs were dry and cold. Extremely disappointed. How does a chop house run out of 1/2 of it's steak options?

Tortilla chips were stale. Well done fillet charred to death, looked nothing like the picture on the wall. Mahi was not fresh, definitely a frozen product but there are signs everywhere about fresh. This was not a fresh caught fish.

Went to take the girlfriend for Mother’s Day and was kinda disappointed. Not in the service or the customer service but the food wasn’t as good as the times before. The fries were dry and old. The full rack of ribs I order was mini ribs. They are half the size as normal and to top it off my girlfriend had a long curly hair in her salad. Very disappointing. We are not the type to complain but since you asked for a review here is our review.

Hello! I just wanted to reach out and let you know that the brunch this morning wasn’t great. We had ordered a plate of biscuits and gravy that was overly salty and cold. Then a French toast that was undercooked. Coffee was cold too. I have never had a bad meal there until today so I just wanted to make you aware in case you had some new help in the kitchen or something along those lines.

Food was great as usual, but service was poor. They weren't busy, but never got our 2nd glass of wine that we ordered until our meal was completely done. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and were told that dessert was free. Looked at the menu and ordered one. Wait staff came back twice to say they were out of our choice. Instead of 9 desserts - they only had 2 to choose from. Also, when we got the bill, 20% gratuity was already added to the total. Service was not worth the 20% gratuity that was added to the bill.

Had the ribs, meat moist after you get beyond the charred crust. Had the spinach side which was a salt lick, to bites and I was done with that. Service was fabulous though. If cooks, chefs whatever in these chain restaurants would just learn the rule the simpler the better. Two many flavor combos on some of the menu items.

Food very over seasoned service needs to be trained. Ordering using words like."Do you know what you want?" And no problem are not proper when dinner is $80.00 without any liquor. Paper napkins like McDonald's uses for $46.00 steak

Surprisingly bad. Most of our side dishes were cold while we were constantly warned about the 350 degree plates that our meat was on. It surprising that a chain like this hasn’t figured out how to keep a baked potato hot. Cold Mac and cheese that was cold enough that the extra cheese on top wouldn’t melt. Steaks and a chop that were salted so heavily that it was off-putting and a filet that was ordered med-rare but was cold raw in the center. And “baked beans” that more resembled three days old refried beans. They accidentally brought doubles of two of aforementioned mediocre sides. Perhaps some attention to detail at the pass. I can’t believe that this is rated as one of the better places to get a steak in Casper. Beef country for crying out loud! I’ve had a better baked potato at Wendy’s. I’m sure the staff is probably aware of all this and I would ask them -would you send it out if you wouldn’t eat it yourself. Just guessing that they probably wouldn’t eat most of it.

Having been to several other locations across Wyoming and Montana I was really disappointed in the experience at the Casper location. The food was not up to the standard that others in this group. Not over cooked or undercooked, but the quality just wasn’t what we have experienced in other locations.

We were seated and proceeded to wait, and wait for our waitress… who had already finished her shift and was off the floor. Finally my husband flagged down a waitress and asked if someone could get us water, since we literally were being ignored. A pleasant enough young girl came over and we got water, tea, and coffee. I ordered a Caesar salad with BBQ shrimp (this is how it was stated on the menu) and my husband got a steak sandwich. Our order took well over 30 minutes and the restaurant was only at 30% capacity. I was surprised when I got a small side salad Caesar and a plate of fries (??) with deep fried shrimp on top! I told the waitress I hadn’t ordered any fries, and thought I’d ordered a large Caesar salad with shrimp on top. It was clear that she didn’t know the menu, so she brought me what she thought I wanted. She offered to start over, but by this time, we’d been at the restaurant nearly an hour. My husband’s “steak” sandwich was about 1/4 inch thick, dry, and overcooked. (He wasn’t asked how he wanted it cooked, which would have been medium rare.) When we were ready to pay, the wait staff were busy socializing and we couldn’t catch anyone’s eye. FINALLY, a young man was walking by and we asked for our check. He asked how everything was. Once we told him about my meal, we were appreciative that he took the charge off. Sadly, we will not be returning. Also, it would have been nice to have had a vegetarian option available; most restaurants do these days, even in places that specialize in meat entrees.
