Excellent menu. A favorite for foodies” sharing plate adventure. The pork belly skewers, short rib, and sliders rock.
Worth the drive, love the assortment of foods, prices have increased since our last visit but it was a amazingly enjoyable lunch.
This was our first visit to the Wynwood Kitchen and we had an excellent experience during Art Basel. The food is tapas style so we got to sample a variety of dishes. Each dish became more and more tasty. We had the truffle croquettes, octopus, crispy pork and the flautas. We enjoyed each dish with the crispy pork and flautas being our favorites. The cocktails were good. We sat next to the DJ and he was excellent. Not too loud and a good beat. It was fun being so close to the Wynwood Walls. We will definitely return.
Our waitress was amazing. The food came out fast, even tho it was SO busy (art Basel). We loved the empanadas. Everything was absolutely delish. I love this place!
Long line at the bathrooms :/ but overall great experience can’t wait to go back again.
Visited restaurant during the Art Basel
food - delicious
But the restaurant calls itself “ Casual American “ but they have a “tapas “ conception actually and they are not informing about this on their website
Also guests are not necessarily gay friendly in this restaurant
Had a blast!!! We were seated outside right next to the wynwood walls and it was amazing. Good food, good vibrance.
Great food... fast service.... very handsome server.
Great food and atmosphere.
Went to Wynwood Kitchen & Bar for our anniversary... Had a great time! It was quiet enough that we could enjoy conversation and lively enough that it felt like a real night out! The staff was very attentive and helpful, and the food was delicious - especially the short rib and 48 hour pork. Just a few steps from the Wynwood Walls, which made for a nice walk after our meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion!
Our server was very nice and efficient. Drinks were delicious. The food is always so tasty. We had the empanadas (my favorite), shrimp tacos, and the cheese sticks (fancy). They were all very flavorful and good.
Always a great experience. Food never changes in quality. Thank you!
amazing food, amazing atmosphere and right next to the wynwood walls! definitely go here! the 48 hour crispy pork is to die for.
Experience was great. Service was perfect. One of our meals took a very very long time to be served. We had all finished our dinner
Fun. And LOUD.
Great time at Wynwood Kitchen and Bar. Our server was great, took very good care of use and shared some great moments with us! Will keep repeating every time we come down to a Wynwood with friends.
Great space and some excellent dishes like the empanadas and white bean soup. However, our outing there ended up being a downer. The restaurant is based on the small plates concept like many modern eateries. Most do a great job of pacing your meal with dishes coming out to be shared and savored. At Wynwood Kitchen, four of the five dishes we ordered came all at one time and within about 5 minutes of ordering. When the server came by to ask how everything was, we asked if they could delay the fifth dish. It came out a few minutes later and we were told this is how things are done there. Dishes come out as they are ready. This is how it is done everywhere, but at most establishments the servers and/or kitchen are instructed to pace the food. Despite our best efforts to pace the dining ourselves while trying to not have things get cold, we were done with our meal in under 45 minutes, not what one wants when out and spending more than a "fast casual" budget. The restaurant was not full so there was no reason to hurry to turn tables. Note: The restaurant could make more money if things were more leisurely as we did not end up ordering additional drinks as all the food was gone.
Terrible service I have been here over 15+ times since opening and the last 3-4 times the service has gotten worse. It started to rain and we asked to move in side and all three servers look at us like we were crazy when asking to help bring our plates. I had to carry everything with my wife and grandfather so we don’t get wet food
Our waiter took the time to explain the menu and checked on us regularly to make sure we were happy. He made great recommendations and made the experience much easier and enjoyable as it was our first time. The bus boys were so polite and fast. Great experience all around.
Perhaps it was the item my wife ordered but the duck enter was raw and looked more like tuna then duck !
Over priced menu for lunch
Service and ambiance was very good.
Basically a tourist trap with cool paintings and stunning graffiti outside!!
Great food ! The service fast and server was friendly. This was my third time here. I will definitely return.
Fabulous food - great service and lively atmosphere - we truly enjoyed our meal - we will be back !
LOVED the food, atmosphere and service!! Will be back for sure!!!
But as every modern restaurant they are pushing you to order or move.
Always good food
Amazing overall. Loved the food, ambience, service, location.
My experience was great! Our server recommended great options so we were able to try a little bit of everything and everything was amazing. When I am back in Miami this will definitely be a stop I make again
The food was great and outside seating is very nice. A bit expensive, but a nice spot in wynwood
Great delicious food. Only thing they bring the food as they have it ready. No order for appetizers vs. main dishes. Got the yuca fritas, excellent, but at end. Almost as appetizer.
Flautas, scallops and pork belly skewers were excellent, as were the cocktails! Very hip vibe and lots of passers by checking out the street art. Lots of tables and servers were excellent!
Very disappointed with the new menu. Before you had outstanding dishes that were replace for not so good .. Plates are much smaller than before and even the plate presentation is disappointing. I used to take everyone from out of town and I used to go quite often however I am not planing to do either or. Very sorry for the changes
This is the first place we take anyone visiting from out of town! Fun and right in the hub of activity of Wynwood walls. Excellent food and service! Love being able to share the tapas and try a little bit of everything! The flautas were delicious as were the empanadas, guacamole, gazpacho, avocado salad... Our server was attentive! Love this area!
Food was amazing! We got to try so many things since it was tapas and there was literally nothing left after our group of 8 devoured it all. Fantastic service and we were outside on the patio in great weather-couldn’t have been better!
A little pricey for small plates. However my greens salad with pistachio vinaigrette and grilled chicken was very tasty.
Great food in a fabulous atmosphere next to Wynwood Walls
Awesome first time here, andres is a very warm/accommodating waiter. Gives you great suggestions and will help you with all aspects of the menu. Will return
I have been to Wynwood before and enjoyed other restaurants. Each time I visit, I try a new place to eat. Wynwood Kitchen & Bar was closed until 7:30 due to a private event taking place outside. There were people eating inside, but we were told they were not accepting anyone else until 7:30. I am not sure if they did not plan accordingly or if this is how it works for WK&B. I suggest calling even if you make reservations online just to be sure.
The menu is eclectic and was described to have a "Miami flair." Being a native Floridian, it explained the Latin twist to most items on the menu (black beans, ropa vieja, queso frito; and some Mexican inspired dishes as well. To shake it up a bit, randomly, hummus is an item (love hummus, but did not try on this visit).
We ordered several tapas to share, including pork belly, sliders, and shrimp. The pork bellies were fabulous! The glaze was just right and the presentation was equally fab! The sliders were burgers were between two tostones, which I thought was fantastic! The flavors complimented one another beautifully, but it was extremely salty. For this reason, I would not order again. The shrimp were sauteed in garlic and olive oil, according to the description on the menu. However, I believe there was butter added to the dish as well. This dish too was extremely salty, which prevented me from truly enjoyed the food. I took the shrimp out, blotted it, and placed it on top of the crostini. We asked for extra crostini (3 were included in the order), but they were stale. We did not ask for a different order as we could not truly enjoy the overly salted dish.
Service - just outstanding. Our server was knowledgeable, helpful, and very attentive. We were never without a clean table, a fresh drink, and simple acknowledgment of our existence. Martin really cared about our experience.
I will definitely go back and order the pork bellies and a few other items I wanted to try, like the yellowfin tuna!
Great location, service and a very nice tapas menu and drinks
Great atmosphere, service, and food!
Nice experience. Tasty food, good beer and Wynwood atmosphere. Different way to have a dinner.
Been here many times. Consistently great on all levels. I always take people from out of town and they are impressed with location, service and delicious food/cocktails.
