   I almost don't want to review this place because I don't want everyone else to discover it, but it wouldn't be the right thing to do. Wusong Road has a wonderful, creative and absolutely delicious menu including their drinks (regular and mocktails). They have plenty of options for multiple diets and their decor is delightfully entertaining. It's getting harder to get reservations, but absolutely worth the effort.

   The service was great and we mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday and they gave us a free dessert and sang for her. Very nice touch. All around a pleasant experience.

   The food isn’t exactly what I was expecting, much on the sweeter side. But everything else made up for it, the drink, the ambiance, the service, the interior decor, would come back for sure!

   We went to Wusong Road to celebrate a birthday and it was a great choice. The host and bartender went out of their way to make it a great celebratory experience. The tikki drinks in particular are excellent.

   My husband and I and his best friend came here for dinner delicious food and great drinks and wonderful service it’s definitely a place worth trying I got the pan fried pork dumplings they were delicious not to crispy just right we are definitely coming back here again for dinner soon

    A very different ambience, menu and food service at the table. Servers and staff quality all around. It was wonderful and my party enjoyed all aspects thoroughly. Great venue to celebrate or just escape from the world. Highly recommend so much fun. We will be returning often. It is unique. Great value.

    The servers were busy getting ready for the dinner crowd and were not interested in serving us. Especially the bartender. We had to get the hostess to ask him to serve us . We were seated directly across from him. He also got our order incorrect and didn’t really care. The manager talked to us about the order and took it off the bill but we left hungry and disappointed with the experience.

    It is a hidden gem in the middle of Harvard Square. Polynesian cuisine. We order a mix of small and large plates for the three of us. The flavors were amazing, even our 11 year old loved it. It felt like a slice of vacation. The bar scene down stairs was quiet and upstairs was a little more lively. Great mocktails and cocktails. Will definitely return.

    We went to Wusong Road for our anniversary. We loved the decor & ambiance both downstairs & upstairs. We were seated promptly & our server was very attentive. We ordered cocktails & a bunch of small plates & couple of large plates & everything was very nice & more than enough for 4 of us. We specially loved the tamarind wings, taishan cauliflower fritters, ma po tofu & pork dumplings. Bread pudding was on the house & delicious. We will definitely be back again.

    Amazing experience all around. Everything sounded so good, so we tried as many food items as possible. Everything we ordered was amazing, and the drinks were some of the best tiki cocktails I’ve ever had. The hour drive down from NH was well worth it. Will definitely be back as soon as possible. We also loved that the building was an old historic train depot. Such a cool transformation.

    We visited Wusong Road for the first time on Valentine's day, and of course it was quite busy. We ended up needing to wait 15-ish minutes for our table to be ready which was totally fine - but the hostess was SO kind and kept us updated. They offered us our first round of drinks for free for the wait, and got us a lovely couch seating as our reserved bar seats were taking too long. We loved it! Later when the bar area opened up they offered to move us if we didn't like the couch but it was perfectly comfortable and cozy so we stayed! The servers were friendly, attentive, and the vibe was so much fun. It's literally one of my new favorite spots.

    Service was very slow but it was Valentine's day, so they were probably overwhelmed by all the people.

    We went when this restaurant just opened and I’m so glad they expanded all of the vegetarian options! Last time it was all about the drinks, now I could actually enjoy the food!

    I had heard of this mainly as a spot for cocktails but it is also a hidden gem for lunch - good food, good price, no crowd or hassle. I think it would be a fun spot for a not fancy daytime date or even a (very casual) business meeting. Great lunch combo and a selection of mocktails for those who want to get in the tiki spirit but have to go back to the office.

    A bit pricey, but fantastic food and really fun drinks. We tried all of them, haha! The waitstaff were great with our big group and the atmosphere was super unique and entertaining.

    walked in not greeted by anyone, after a few minutes a tall man with a hawiian shirt and glasses came from hallway where apparently there’s a walk-in tables and bar.. mentioned we had reservations for two he was kind of short with me and stated down stairs here is all walk-in, any reservation you must go upstairs. The upstairs bathroom was broken.. ended up being $175.00 for two ordered 4 drinks, crab rangoon app which was so salty i only had one, And the duck sampler. The only good part in the duck sampler was the breast meat which was really good… i don’t think we would be rushing to go back anytime soon

Thank you for the HeadsUp on the Crab Rangoon, looks like the prep cook measured salt wrong, and after we had a guest break our door handle we did manage to repair our upstairs bathroom (we hope you managed to use one of the other three restrooms we have available in the building). But in the end it sadly seems we were not the right fit for you and your guests and we hope you can find a restaurant that can better accommodate you and your needs!

    Horrible experience, this restaurant should not be on Open Table. I made a reservation for Saturday lunch for my husbands birthday. We arrived 10 minutes before our 2:30 reservation and the restaurant had a please seat your self sign in front of the host’s station. After flagging a host down we were told she would see if she could open a table for us. The host’s process for opening a table was to distribute checks and ask people to pay. Twenty minutes later at 2:50 we were finally given a table. The server immediately came to take our orders and when we asked for a few minutes the server told us “okay… but you will need to hurry the kitchen closes at 3” and then proceeded to walk away. My husband and I decided this was no way to enjoy a birthday celebration so we chose to leave. Restaurants should not accept reservations that they don’t have the staff or kitchen capacity to service. We were looking forward to trying to innovative food and cocktails at Wusong Road but after their lack of customer service and failure to make good on a reservation it’s clear this restaurant has a long way to go when it comes to refining their front of the house operations.

    We get there for a special occasion to celebrate and they proceed to tell us we have to be done in 30 minutes because of an upcoming “power outage.” Yet they were still seating people. It made no sense

We thought it was prudent for us to inform our guests, but information can be taken the wrong way. We informed all guests we were seating that there may be a power outage and they were all amicable. We are sad we were not the restaurant for you, we hope you find a place that better accommodates your needs.
