Service was friendly and prompt.
Enjoyed our drinks and meal.
We went to Wrights because of poor experiences at Three Embers, the full service restaurant next to Wrights. Initially service was prompt and friendly , but as it got busier, the service suffered. We ordered our desserts at 7:00 and they were brought to our table at 7:30!
For a hotel that has a theater with defined show times, you’d think that they could figure out the waitstaff schedules. As we’ve eaten on property 4-5 times before and after shows with disappointing service and occasionally food, this is the last time we’ll dine on site. There are plenty of other dining options in the area.
Our server, Kane, was excellent.
Our food came very quickly and was delicious. The manager came to our table. That was great. After the show we went back for bread pudding and that was also excellent.
They changed the menu since I was in two months ago. The price I think stayed the same on the hamburger but it’s smaller and not on a pretzel roll. (Very disappointed ☹️) I should have really read the menu ( my fault) but we’ve been coming every 2 months for the last 2 years, I won’t be ordering the hamburger again.
YES WE WOULD. BUT FOR THE FIRST WE WERE DISAPPOINTED IN OUR SERVER. HE WAS VERY HARD TO FIND WHEN WE WANTED ANYTHING. HE BREEZED BY SAYING IS EVERYTHING GOOD. WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TIME TO RESPOND AND HE WAS GONE AGAIN. THE ATTITUDE OF THE SERVER ADDS TO OUR EATING EXPERIENCE AND WE FOUND THIS TO BE LACKING ON THURS. NIGHT.
We went to Wright’s just before a play at the Marriott Theater. I like the open feel. It’s light and airy. The food was very good. A little higher end than a typical brewery or bar food. The burger was very tasty and my wife enjoyed the salmon.
we loved it
Food solid and enjoy the local beers on tap. Issue continues to be the slow service. As a season ticket holder for the theater there it is a convenient location for pre theater dinner. Though the servers are pleasant I consistently experiences unremarkable service regardless of whether the restaurant is full or not.
Service was exceptional! Very convenient to have dinner right after the show without having to leave the resort. We enjoyed the whole experience.
Excellent black and blue burger. Good, friendly service
Really good food menu, and a lot of beers on tap. Our only complaints were that the server was a bit unattentive (forgot to bring a menu after requesting one, delayed too long and cost another round of drinks on the tab), and the hotel was really busy so there were folks constantly walking and talking in between the pool and the bar. We sat right in the path, so our seats were noisier than most.
Slow service, food came out wrong, waiter was unaware that things weren’t rectified. No communication between him and those running to and from the kitchen. Asked for water; didn’t get water. After a few complaints waiting for 1/2 hr to correct the meal, manager finally came over and brought desserts on the house. Would rather have had the correct meal without having to choke it down before the play.
great drinks, comfort food, good service!
Great place to have a pleasant dinner before theater at the Lincolnshire Marriott.
We were a large group and they were able to accommodate us comfortably. The menu has a large variety and the food is good
Service and food were very good!
Our server was wonderful!! She was quite attentive and personable. We enjoyed our dining experience.
We were celebrating two bdays but our server made no mention of that - don’t know if he had been told by hostess or not. We ordered salads and then called server back to ask for dressing on side. He said it was “probably” too late to make a change. Plain coffee was $4!
Waitress was wonderful..
Service very slow. Food excellent.
Great food, great service, only steps away from the theater.! Easy parking as well.
Absolutely the perfect place to eat when seeing a play.. or looking for a place to eat in the neighborhood
We were seated immediately. The waiter was friendly and efficient. We needed gluten free options and he was helpful with substitutions. The only negative was that he cleared the roll basket before we were finished. The food was plentiful and tasty.
The servers are great, but there are never enough of them, so it can take a while to be served. The server is not the one to deliver the food, so mistakes are often made. Some things are brought early if separate checks are requested. The person serving the food is often at the wrong table. We have been there 4 times and they always seem to be disorganized.
Me and boyfriend were celebrating our 4 years anniversary and the service was good considering that our waitress was really a hostess that had been at work for 12 hours once we arrived.
The food was good especially the chicken wings and the pretzel bread with butter.
My steak was good for what is was and my boyfriend said his burger was good.
The drinks weren’t that great but it was cool.
We will visit again for the wings and the burger
Food was good waiter seemed out of it. Order was wrong but manager fixed it! Didn’t come back to check on us!
Service was non existent. Food was horrible. Overcooked, dry salmon. Gritty under cooked steak. Everything tasted like it was purchased from Super Target a few days prior.
Service and food were excellent. Would highly recommend.
Nice after theatre place. Good food, reasonable prices, good value.
Delicious food..Priced right!
Service was pleasant!
A little on the blah side from an ambiance perspective, but our server was fantastic and the food (and my cocktail) was very good!
Went for dinner after seeing Foot Loose. A little chilly in the restaurant. Food was good and not over priced.
We ordered the margarita flatbread which was delicious, burrata...not so great.
Hamburgers were okay, kind of tasteless but had a nice char to them and on a nice brioche bun. French fries were terrific.
Mixed feelings about this place. After the show at the. Marriott, the actors came in and it got lively!
We stopped here after an early show at the Marriott Theater in Lincolnshire. Since it was early, there was very little traffic and service was quick and pleasant. The portions are substantial and we had a great time.
Excellent food, excellent service. Will definitely eat here again!
Our server, Lexie, did a great job! Very nice dinner.
Nicely priced menu. Burger was big and had a great taste especially on a pretzel roll.
We were going to the play at the Marriott Theatre. We had a delicious dinner prior to the play. The service & food were excellent & we finished in plenty of time...they made sure of it.
Soup was cold when they brought it. I asked him to take it back. Did heat up and it was delicious. When they brought my fish and main meal it was also too cold. I didn’t say anything. I come here a lot and the only thing they ever have is tilapia. I like to eat fish and it would be nice to have a variety. Just a very average lunch.
Great after or before theatre place to dine.
