Due to the structure and furnishings- A bit noisy and not great for a customer business-lunch experience. The sounds of squeaking chairs and tables, and the need to push four tables together in order to seat 8 people didn’t go all that well. The tables were constantly moving out of “alignment.”

It was a difficult table to manage with approximately 12 people rotating through the 2 hours. The servers were amazing they made things easy for us and kept things easy with no fuss. Coffee was abundant and the food was amazing. Thank you

It was a busy conference weekend and they were understaffed. Our server was curt. I asked for water and never got it. But the low rating is because it cost $90 for 2 salads and an iced tea. The salad was lettuce, some tomatoes, some cheese, and FOUR shrimp. An upcharge of $17 for four shrimp. I think my brain did not process the price on the menu because it is so outrageous. What a mistake to eat here.

Enjoyed a couple of appetizers and drinks. I ordered an Arnold Palmer and they didn't have lemonade, that was a bit disappointing. Perfect location if you're going to an event at the Wintrust Arena.

This was a very expensive disappointment. I will say that the Brussels sprouts were good, and the scallops were good. Go somewhere else.

Met a friend here while at a conference at McCormick place. Food was great but the service was slow. That being said, it was an excellent option close to the convention center

This is a hotel restaurant, so a bit pricy but we had a very nice work lunch here. We sat at the corner window table which had sofas and it was a great setting for an enjoyable discussion. The food was pretty good too. Some of us returned for drinks at the bar area the next day.

The food was absolutely incredible. Everyone in our party really enjoyed what they got. My favorite item was the breakfast potatoes. The service was very quick and our server was great. I would absolutely recommend this place! We had a business breakfast for 7 and it was perfect.

I ate both breakfast and lunch at this restaurant. Breakfast was fine, although it was difficult to find the server at times. The lunch menu was very limited, especially for a vegetarian. Why not add something with beans, a grain (farro, quinoa, rice), or grilled portabella mushroom to a salad to help make it interesting and add protein? Lunch was very unsatisfying.

I ate at this location over the course of 4 meals simply due to proximity to the hotel and the fact that I only had 1 hour with each of my clients. Service on day 1 was Awful - but found a waitress on second day that was amazing and kept asking for her section. I made a number of reservations and each time they would sit me at a couch that looked like it had be drug out of the dump. Seriously - I had to ask my client to sit on a couch that looked like a homeless person had slept on it, and used it as a bathroom. As I left I looked at some of the other couch areas thinking, it couldn't be that bad elsewhere.....it was worse. One looked like someone had been shot in the head. I had asked on the reservation to be seated outdoors but was told housekeeping hadn't cleaned the area. I can't even imagine how bad that must have been if their indoor seating looked like bathroom soaked assassinations were taking place.
