   Good friendly service. Very busy but still well looked by the waiters/waitress. Only disappointment was a few things were off the menu due to being sold out. Overall a great restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere.

   Great good really tasty and good value for money. Service was a bit slow but only because they where short staffed and they made up for it by being extra polite and welcoming. I went there twice in one week and enjoyed both evenings.

   Food wasn't served altogether. Ribeye arrived without peppercorn sauce, had to wait 3 minutes for sauce to arrive. When waitress returned with sauce, I asked for German/French mustard and a dressing for salad. Waitress disappeared for another 3 mins and when she finally returned, You didn't have either! Ribeye had been sitting in front of me going cold for over 6 minutes by this point. Unacceptable. Even McDonald's can get this right!

   We enjoyed a great evening with friends last Thursday. The food was very good, the service was very friendly and helpful and the tables are well spaced out so that you don’t feel too crowded. We have eaten here several times before as it’s a central spot for our family to meet and we will certainly be doing so again.

   we have dined here before and found it to be a very good eating house at a very good price !! the staff are always very polite and certainly look after you , nothing is to much trouble we will be definitely returning .

   The World's End is fairly close to where we live. Although modern and fairly open plan the lighting makes it still feel cosy and it was lovely and warm. The staff are very welcoming and efficient. The food generally I think is good - we have only been there a few times, once for lunch and twice in the evening. The only criticism we have so far is with the burgers. They are small - why have two small dry ones rather than one larger juicy one? The other criticism and this is the same for lots of places - why don't you ask how your diner would like it cooked? And you could make them more tasty. We also had an additional mushroom - this was very small and we could have bought a box full for the price! Having said all this, we will probably go there again but not for burgers. Also as a side issue, again the 'Leave your feedback' button does not work, we have had this problem with your site before.

   When will the cooperate management realise Gluten Free foods are for a medical condition, not choice, like vegetarianism. My special birthday meal was ruined by the poor choice available. I realise I should have checked before, then I would not have been disappointed by the Sunday meal.

   Great meal and the service by the waitress.The only disappointment was the table was sticky ,not cleaned properly.

    We were taken to our table but no drinks order was taken. The waiter came over and asked if we were ready to order and had we ordered drinks? That process took a long time considering it wasn't busy at all. The drinks also took a long time to come. Meals were average nothing special. Chilli had grisly bits. Chips weren't cooked quite enough. Mushy peas looked like they had been warmed up for ages they were very dry. Overall very disappointing. Had a gourmet card which I mentioned when we arrived didn't realise until I got home to find only 20% taken off the bill when it should've been 25%. That just added insult to injury. Will not be rushing back there.
