The Sunday roast never disappoints. We arrived slightly late and initially were informed that there was no more roast portions available, however the Chef came out to the table and said he would be able to ruffle up 4 servings and it was as good as always. Definitely will be back.

Tonight we sat outside, on previous nights we have sat inside which is what we would do next time. Inside the service and ambience are more enjoyable and there are no mosquitoes. Better inside for evening meals and outdoors for lunch. We love this pub it’s a good feed before or after fishing.

This review is for Friday, January 31 NOT Wednesday, January 29. When we arrived on Wednesday, January 29, they were CLOSED. There was no sign. Nothing! (Don’t think I got my OT points on this one 😁) We drove past on Friday and it appeared they were open. So we booked, in person, for dinner Friday evening. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. We all had a variety of dishes which people mostly enjoyed. I had the cheese plate, which was outstanding. I had a selection of five cheeses! And there were plenty of crackers! It’s a nice neighbourhood pub. Plenty of locals were hanging out. And there’s room outside with a fire pit if you happen to bring your dog.

Country pub , has been refurbished inside to a modern look with two outdoor areas. Food is good for pub fair , plenty of options. Friendly atmosphere.

Friendly and quick service. All meals were 10/10 and couldn’t be faulted. We will be back again.

Food was excellent! Fish tacos were the best I have ever had. All the food was very hot. Definitely eat there again 😊

A great atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent food. The burgers and schnitzels were tasty, and salads were really well proportioned. Fish tacos are generous in size, and the fish pieces are battered. Either the frying oil was super clean or they use an Air Fryer for their chips because they were perfect - light coloured and crispy. Overall, we enjoyed the experience at the Woodside Beach Hotel, and would definitely return to this pub.

No vegetables available apart from chips. Salads were nice but would appreciate some beans and carrots instead. Fish was excellent. Very noisy Otherwise good
