El Lambert's Cove Inn & Restaurant es uno de los refugios más románticos de Martha's Vineyard. Con sus 3 hectáreas de jardines, bosques y praderas en la bucólica localidad de West Tisbury, ofrece tranquilidad y aislamiento. El restaurante permite disfrutar de una de las mejores experiencias gastronómicas de la isla. En su elegante salón comedor, con unas chimeneas preciosas y un magnífico piano de más de 100 años, se organizan actuaciones en temporada. El menú de cena va cambiando e incluye mariscos frescos de la isla, carne de res y de aves de corral, verduras de temporada de granjas locales, sopas caseras, pan y postres deliciosos. Just WOW! We came for my husband’s birthday and truly, every dish was perfection. For Apps we had the crab cake ( ALL CRAB, not filling), the Allen Farm Lamb ground and wrapped in phyllo Moroccan style , sublime! The risotto with the scallops was truly award winning - and the sword fish steak was cooked to perfection. Not a misstep anywhere. Felt very welcomed, and can’t wait to go back. Please grab your friends and go ! You will NOT be disappointed!

What a wonderful experience at Woods last night. The dining room is lovely looking out on the beautiful property of Lambert’s Cove Inn. The staff was very attentive and we received very personal attention. The food was absolutely delicious! The take on the Caesar salad made it very interesting. The scallops were so sweet and perfectly prepared. The swordfish was moist and flavorful. It was a wonderful dinner. And so nice to go out to dinner before the crush of the summer.

Woods at Lambert‘s Cove Inn is an exceptional dining experience. The room is beautiful, the menu is very inviting, and the entire experience makes one feel welcome and cared for. Galen is an exceptional chef and Bridget provides welcome and warmth. We look forward to visiting every year.

We ate an anniversary dinner at the Inn, a wonderful four-course meal of oysters, lobster, braised short ribs, and sea bass. Everything was delicious, and we're excited to return. Below is a fuller review of the Inn itself: We had a wonderful time at Lambert's Cove Inn. We stayed one night for our anniversary. Upon arriving to the island, we received two messages from the staff via text. This was wonderful as it allowed us to request early check-in. When we got to the Inn, we were greeted by Galen and Anna. They informed us that we could check in early and gave us a tour of the Inn. The grounds are spectacular. We were very happy to have arrived early as it provided time to take a leisurely walk to the pond, through lush flowers and plans, and near the alpacas. The room was cozy and had a private balcony, which was lovely. The staff had left us a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary. This little detail was amazing.

Galen and Bridget and their team have done it again! Provided a delicious meal with the extra special touches that make coming back to Woods year after year a must for our family! The warm welcome, the amazing chowder, the best lobster puffs!, delightful salad, main courses cooked to perfection, and delicious desserts. And an amazing catalog of wines from which Bridget can so ably help you make a great choice! Thanks for another great dining experience!

Brilliant. One of the best meals we’ve had ANYWHERE in the world. Worth a trip to Martha’s Vinyard for a meal here.

All in all, the staff and the bottle of wine we ordered were the highlights. The food was disappointing. It was unimaginative, under seasoned (nothing was added), dry (salad was not properly dressed and the risotto was undercooked), and prefixed menu options were underwhelming. For the hype and cost, it was a huge letdown. Maybe it was an off night? We won't be coming back. There are too many other establishments, tried and true, that are closer and less expensive.

We were celebrating our Anniversary with family. Every was great from food, to service and setting. The Woods is not like every other restaurant on the Vineyard. Well worth a visit.
