Another great experience! Service was wonderful, with our family of six. Brunch food was delicious—including the stuffed French toast, blueberry pancakes, Preston Hollow plate and chicken Milanese salad. The cappuccino is the best in town! You won’t regret it.

I recommend the Woodlands American Grill to all ages. It has a variety of options for tasty and nourishing meals and an ambience which is conducive for families and friends to gather to celebrate and relax. There is a welcoming atmosphere. The service is attentive and friendly. Being able to make reservations is a plus!

It was Mother's Day and the noise level was unusually high because of the number of families present. This also seemed to affect the service, which was slower than usual. The host was a bit grumpy and made us wait because we arrived a couple of minutes before our reservation time (table was available).

Amber was our waitress and she seemed to really struggle with our party of 10. She had to completely re-write our order because she confused the seat numbers. When finally turned in, it took at least 45 minutes to get our food. We had to bus many of our own dishes by placing them on the corner to get them removed from the table. Once done with the meal, it took another 15 kk it’s to pay the check. We were there for 2 hours total. We eat at Woodlands Grill every Tuesday and Michael and Maribel always take great care of us. This experience was way below what we’ve to come expect from Woodlands Grill.

Not as expected…. The menu offered in the restaurant is quite a bit more expensive than the one shown on OpenTable. The food was pretty good, but didn’t seem very healthy. The server was kind and attentive, but the overall experience just fell flat. The average diner in the Woodlands was 2-3 decades older than my husband and I (mid-40s). My last experience at the Woodlands was probably 10 years ago, and I remember there being a mixture of families with young children and older people. The young folks seemed to have moved on, and the older folks seem to have just gotten older… the place feels lifeless. Honestly, it the menu hadn’t been a bait-and-switch, I probably would have felt better about the whole experience.
