   We typically love visiting Terrain Glen Mills & have dined at the Woodland Village Tents several times in the past & have always had great experiences. However, today's (2/18/24) experience was not so great. Unfortunately, from when we checked in with the hostess, it was all around not so great. The only highlight was our server, Jen, who was very nice. The hostess unfortunately mixed us up with another party & did not sit us until after we approached her for the second time after our reservation time had passed & she was not attentive to the fact that we were booked for a tent & had us checked in for a standard cafe table. The food was also not up to standards that we have previously experienced. We hope that things will improve & go back to how it used to be.

   Really wanted to love this but I found the tent to be dirty, and extremely cold. I thought they would have a fire that could heat up the tent but it barely helped, the fire also went out fast. By the time our food made it to the tent, it was cold. Service was slow, when we finally got our meal we scarfed it down just so we could get the check and leave to get into our warm car. Food was meh. Really really disappointed :(

   Amazeballs! Love day in a magical woodland village with my love. Ray, our server, should be applauded for his internal light and joy as a human beyond his stupendous service. My husband and I believe he was our fate card for the day. The food was spectacular and everyone who helped with providing extra wood (shoutout to Isaiah) and extra bread for the shakshuka were beyond our expectations. Magical brunch memory that we will forever cherish. 🫶🏻

   We have visited Terrain many times and it is always a delicious treat. First time in their Woodland Village, what a great experience, so sorry it will be leaving this month to never come back. VERY FIRST TIME . . . We were so disappointed with the food selection this time, we are vegans and ALL their vegan options were not available for the very first time - we had to settle for salads, went home hungry. Not happy about that and hope this is not an ongoing habit because we bring so many people there, and the folks that joined us was their first time and they enjoyed the tent experience was hoping to satisfy their taste buds too.

    We loved dining in the tent. The service and food were great. We are sorry to hear that the tents will not be returning next winter. We're glad that we were able to try this unique dining experience. We will return to Terrain Cafe soon.
