They do not reserve table. The told us there was no room and send us away even though we had a confirmed reservation, booked hours before.
We were they for my mom's last dinner before she flew back home and two kids who were super excited to go there, so the night ending with two cring kids and a disappointed mom.
And the worst is THEY DIDN'T CARE. They just send us away despite having a reservation and they were not one bit sorry about it.
Went in for Taco Tuesday with my friends, the crisp beef tacos were totally awesome with the habanero salsa and house margaritia's. Would recommend to anyone to break up the Tueday doldrums! Great value at $1.50/Taco!
Zuzu was our server and she was FANTASTIC. On the night we went they were 2 servers down and packed. She let us know they were short staffed in the beginning and the teamwork I witnessed from the staff was amazing. Way to keep positive attitudes and take care of your guests throughout the craziness. Nice work guys!! You should all be proud.
Loved this fun take on a Roadhouse! The service was great! Love the decor, so much fun. Live music on Friday night which was fun. The food was amazing! Definitely going back!
Good food. Was crowded and busy. First time here and enjoyed. Fried chicken was good. Will be back to try other options.
We were not sure what to expect due to the wide variety of reviews, but were pleasantly surprised! We brought our three boys and they loved everything.
We ordered the cut shop burgers which were cooked to perfection (I ordered mine medium rare, on the rare side and it was spot on). We also had the ribs which were delicious (a half order is probably enough unless you want to take some home 😬), the Flat Iron steak (also delicious) and a special which was Shepherd’s Pie with Rib meat. My husband said that was delish as well but slightly different flavor than a traditional Shepherds Pie.
The waitress was great with our kids and all food was served hot and in a timely manner. We will be back for sure!
This was our first visit after driving by for years. Its a fun suburban honky tonk bar and grill. The decor is authentic to the area. Burger and fries were tasty, and the chicken basket was good (2 pieces is hard to call a basket though). They had good local beer on tap. The servers were polite but really busy. To our surprise a band started playing and people started dancing - quite a fun environment. We'll come again.
Interesting ambiance...thematic?? very casual, picnic tables, concrete floors...delicious food, nice selection generous portions and good value.
I’d recommend this for a last minute night out. It has 70s decor and more of a bar than restaurant vibe. The food was above average but a bit pricey considering the venue.
Drinks were slow and meat was way over xooked
We went here for the first time on a Sunday night and there were only a few tables occupied. This allowed the serving staff time to be extra friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the full rack of ribs, fried chicken basket, BLTA and the beat salad. All the entrees were delicious but fresh sliced beat salad with whipped goat cheese and dressed greens was by far my favorite. We will definitely be back to this neighborhood gem.
It was so busy and so loud. They wanted to put out child at the table next to us NOT at the same table. We crammed 3 in a table for 2 and then waited. We placed a delink order. 15 minutes later we were told our drinks were coming. We got up and left.
Wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but we were a bit disappointed with the steaks...
Great food. Fun decor. Best steak I have had in quite a while. Attentive server, We will be back and soon. They even made us feel welcome with our young children.
I love this place. It reminds me of my childhood home, except now I can legally drink! Way to go!
We had a group of 20 and our server handled it flawlessly! Separate checks, different arrival times and everything was amazing! Food was great, drinks were great, parking not so fun. It is a huge parking lot but they were very busy so it was challenging. We love this place and will be back!
The space is cool and fun, but food was underwhelming. The menu looks interesting and food all sounds good, but all the meals were much smaller and less impressive than they sounded. A chicken "basket" with 2 pieces of chicken?
Awesome place, great people and staff!
Good food, but in reality it is a very noisy bar.
It took 55 minutes for 2 hamburger’s, one steak and a pasta dish. Once we finally received our food it was subpar! The steak was tough, the hamburgers were rubbery, almost as if they were frozen patties. Nothing was fresh all processed food for an extreme price tag! I would not recommend this restaurant, I’m not even sure why they take reservations! I will not be going back.
Nice and fun environment. Good food. Music and decor very hip.
Not sure why this was our first time. We plan to return. Fun place. Great food. Nice people!
Fun atmosphere. Great music, food and service. If you like to western dance this is your place!
Good food in a lively room with lots of dancers, motivated by the magical music of Caleb and Walter. We'll be back!!
We really like the ambiance & vibe at The Cut Shop. The food is not super. It's just okay, especially for the price. If we liked the food better we'd be going there all the time, because it really does have a fun vibe and the service has always been good as well.
Our server seemed really out of it. She was very sweet, but we would have to ask for something 2-3 times before she followed through. I spilled a drink, and she saw and commented on it. However, she never came back to help clean it up. She just left us hanging with a spilled drink on our table. I believe the manager ended up taking over and more than made up for our okay dining experience by helping clean the mess and comping our desert.
All around excellent!
My friends and I started coming here on Tuesdays for trivia nights and it’s always so great. The food, the staff, everything. It also happens to be half off wine bottle night so that’s a big bonus. We love this place!
More like a bar and grill than a serious restaurant. You know when the standard side dish is French fries you are not at a high end restaurant. The strip steak was prepared well but tough. The wine was insipid but they wouldn’t know that because they just dropped it off and left. I asked three times for water and never did get any.. they did give me a credit on my bill. Pretty noisy. Pricey for what you get.
really cool makeover of restaurant. food good and special cocktails
This is the second visit where we've had bad food. The first time they forgot my food and took a very long time to get it out to me (the restaurant was empty that day, no kidding). This time they forgot my girlfriends food which didn't take incredibly long to get corrected and out waitress was great (same waitress as our first visit), my bun was also a burnt crouton lol. Our table of 4 all got sick shortly after visiting and was brushed off by management as something we had before visiting. Another point to mention; every time we've visited we received dirty water! it may have been clean but a TON of "floaties" either from the glasses or carafe. I am not someone who typically writes reviews and was hoping to find a new hangout spot for low-key burgers and beer but I don't think i'll be back anytime soon.
The food was OK - nothing terrible, it just didn't blow me away. The service was quite slow. I think they were understaffed, as it looked like our waiter had all the tables on our side. We likely would have had a couple more drinks, but the waiter didn't have a chance to stop.
The host was dismissive when I checked in. He didn't look at the reservation, so I got a notice from OpenTable that I missed the reservation, when I was actually there. The tables are close together, so the conversations around you can be loud. I would go again with friends if they wanted to go there, but for myself, it isn't on the top of my list of places to visit again.
Drinks took a minute, but the rest was awesome. Really refreshing to have a different experience like that. Highly recommend it. Dancing, good food and fun people made a memorable experience.
Valentine's Day dinner was killer! Surf and turf, oh yeah!
Good crowd. Plastic cups are a turn off. Had a less expensive alternative for LIII day which was nice. Can be too pricey.
ok, for a pub
We love the Cut Shop! Such a fun place. It’s like a roadhouse meets speak easy. Great vibe. Great food.
We were seated quickly, and the servers were nice and gave us a heads up that the kitchen was very busy and it may take longer for food. The food didn’t take as long as I expected. Yelp said it was good for kids but it didn’t feel like a family place, it was basically a dim lit bar. Menu was small and they were out of 2 of the things we ordered, and what we did get was not very well made so we didn’t eat much. We left hungry.
Great staff, good food at a good price
Cut Shop is “a cut above” any Woodinville dining experience! Meals well prepared and interesting menu :-)
