   1 server for entire restaurant. She was nice and hustled, but by herself. This = cold steak and cold prime rib. The left overs were better in microwave than cold served

   We came here for a quick dinner and had extremely tasteful OB chicken sandwich and the bomb burger. So good!! Definitely will order again when back at CB!!

   Very disappointing meal that left my partner in tears. The server seemed bored, the menu was very limited and everything was over-priced. We’ve been coming here for 23 years and had been looking forward to spending our last night in town here. The food on offer bore no resemblance to the menu on the website. Her shrimp was very over cooked, the grandchild’s medium burger was raw in the middle and my chicken dry and over seasoned. I knew the restaurant was under new ownership but wasn’t expecting how much things had slipped.

   Cozy casual atmosphere. Pretty small menu and steak and seafood somewhat pricey. We stuck with the sandwiches and burgers and they were delicious and reasonably priced. Salad with goat cheese and apples was excellent and huge. Enjoyable evening.

    Morgan was my waitress and was excellent and was able to answer all my questions. Food is excellent and I had elk. Wine selection is perfect for the menu.

    Nice ambiance in the oldest restaurant in CB, we heard it was one of the best steak houses in town, one guy had the filet and said it was fine, nothing amazing. The prime rib sandwich was good, but the other 3 people said their food was just mediocre. And the prices for the steak and seafood were over the top expensive, not worth it.

    This restaurant has great ambiance and is the second time we have eaten here, unfortunately the manager must have been off the Wednesday night we ate there this time. The ambiance is great as well as the drinks. The tomato bisque soup was good along with the cauliflower appetizer. Then we sat for an hour and 15 minutes before our entrees arrived. During that time our waitress never checked in with us. It was like the entire staff was hiding in a back room, we had a hard time flagging anyone down just to get a second round of drinks. Just a strange off night.

    I like the place but if you like steak you are not getting quality. My NY Strip was chewy and flavorless. My wife’s Crab Legs were awesome (hard to f up) but they don’t cut the exoskeleton like quality restaurants do to make it less of a wrestling match This place needs to step it up. My third visit, each experience getting worse

    Average steak. Nice setting. Put me and my l large well behaved teenagers in what was obviously a kids section. I’m all for family dining- but don’t put them all in a room together.

    Lovely dining experience. The only reason why it isn’t a 5 star is because the server became overwhelmed with tables, or something and she had to be flagged down so we could check out and even then she never made eye contact or responded to our thank you.

    Very comfortable and pleasant dinning room, old school western. Service and food was very very good, with some nice chef specials options. Food pacing was excellent with all selections presented and prepared very well.

    My favorite restaurant in Crested Butte. We arrived a half hour early, but got seated immediately. Service was excellent as was the food. It took awhile to get our food, and some members of our party said their food was cold. I suspect the kitchen was a bit backed up, but I won't let this stop me from going back.

    I had hoped for improvement with the new owners but it was average at best. My trout dip had little trout flavor….just tasted like a bowl of sour crème. And my spinach Maria, which i was told was creamed spinach, was just dry baked spinach. Not sure we will be back.

    The kids food was great. However, there was hair in my plate and my husbands steak tasted awful. There was absolutely no flavor. He asked for an end cut and it was clear the restaurant wasn’t sure what this meant. The waitress asked how to prepare it. They brought out an over cooked piece of meat that tasted bland. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

    We ate here twice during our stay in CB. Both nights they were out of many items including the Filet! Service was good on night #1, but on New Year’s Eve it took over an hour to get our food (and they weren’t overly busy). I think our server forgot to put our order in because other tables were getting their dinners. Food was just okay—nothing special and luke-warm.
