   I am sure this place would have been great and we would have had a great time. But.. even though you are given the options to book tables at the bar apparently the rest of the place shuts down when they're performing one of their experiences. So we booked, we went, we were told to come back, we did not come back.

   The place was really quiet. There wasnt much of a bar. We ended up leaving after 5 minutes of being there. There was also no food being served and I was told to do the experience I needed 10 people but this wasn't the case.

   Just very underwhelming right from not knowing how to enter to the staff asking for payment as they are setting the drinks down to the slight smell of mould when we entered

   Unfortunately this place has gone down hill - Short staffed - poor service - awful cocktails- filthy indoors - avoid

   We had a booking for 10 just for drinks. We were understanding and empathetic that post-covid venues are struggling with systems and service issues. The staff were very nice, very apologetic when the orders took 30 minutes to come through. However, the cocktails were putrid! It takes a lot for me to not drink a cocktail, but they used too much pre-mix lime juice (and it was concentrated and super sour), and it was every different cocktail we ordered. The teapots weren’t cocktails, just regular spirits in a teapot. Lol! No food either. Only Pringle’s and nuts on offer. I emailed the venue to let them know about our experience, but they haven’t responded, hence why I’m writing this. If they’d responded I wouldn’t have left a poor review.

   The food was non existent . We got one cupcake during the Alice experience. Could only purchase pretzels beforehand. Food was disappointing but everything else was excellent

   Terrible service and rude staff which sucks cause it's a cool venue with okay cocktails.

   Great cocktails, great vibe! Staff very friendly and the hatter was walking around prior to his private event and stayed in character great

    The person at work at the general bar on Sunday 11th was dressed in a very scruffy manner - he looked like he'd been working in a construction role. After waiting in a que to get a drink; when it was my turn, he spent the time rearranging the bar and spirits. I just stood there and watching him. He was also touching all the drink stirring utensils with his bare hands, which looked appalling given the Covid-19 environment. The drinks were overpriced and mainly full of ice. The front/main bar looked a little tired/shabby - I booked a general table with 2 friends; wanted to check it out, and I wouldn't be booking an even there, after my initial experience.
