   So incredibly annoying: we showed up for our reservation made weeks ago, something we do every 6 weeks before going to the theater nearby. Door locked, lights off, everything closed up, no notice… Someone finally opened the door and said there’d been an emergency, they’re closed for the night. No email, text, phone call…nada. This is the SECOND time IN JUST A FEW MONTHS TGST this has happened at Wolfsglen. Same as last time, no one sent an apologetic text or email or follow up. Somethings terribly amiss there… We’ve been patrons for years, always go before our theater dates, look forward to it, have recommended it to others. No more. They don’t know how to treat their customers or apparently how to run the restaurant. It’s back to one of the many other Westwood restaurants for us, unfortunately. So long, Wolfsglen. We’ll miss you but hope you get an etiquette lesson.

   Not what it used to be. My guests and I agree that after years of supporting this place, we would not be back. The service was inattentive, flat, and seemed put out to have to serve us. We had people bringing us plates of food to a table full of plates from the previous course. The servers looked at us like it was our fault. Could we have this to go? Eye roll. Could we get service ware? Frown. The whole vibe has become a night club. Music blaring so we could not hear each other. Employees ignoring diners to fawn over their friends holding court. The quality of food has changed not for the better. Luke warm martini, overly cold wine, unbalanced flavors in the dishes. What a shame. The food and drinks here used to be really fantastic.

   Great neighborhood restaurant. Some of the dishes were heavy/too much oil! Loved the calamari and Seabream

   The staff was wonderful and attentive and food fantastic. A great place for a date night , friends in town etc.

   The service was very attentive and welcoming on my visit to Wolfsglen. It was lively but the service was not impacted, which was refreshing. Looking forward to my next visit.

   Great food and drinks, will come back again. Service was slow and we had at least 4 different people serve us and drinks were accidentally double rung up by staff due to too many people serving us.

   We were timely seated for our 6 pm reservation but left after 30 minutes as we had no service after they poured our waters. After finishing our tap water, we departed. Tables are quite close together if you’re not seated off to side and it was quite loud. Liked the decor and lighting so gave 3 stars for ambiance. We simply did not have the time to wait any longer to put in a drink order, let alone food. Disappointing experience overall as we were excited to try this place. It’s possible the food is worth the wait and value but we’ll never know.

   Our food was outstanding. Unfortunately, we were close to a table with very loud people that had had too much to drink. Sent one glass of wine shattering to the floor & spilled another. Salad was served before our appetizer. We eat out a lot & haven’t had that experience, but it has happened here twice so maybe it is the way they serve. Servers don’t seem real happy; but the food is great.

    The service here was unreal! From Paris at the bar to the host and wait staff - phenomenal experience. We left feeling truly taken care of after booking a table for a customer happy hour style reservation. Thank you for your flexibility!
