About Wolf's Ridge Brewing

Wolf's Ridge Brewing is a family owned and operated craft brewery and restaurant, created as a result of our long and deepening love for both craft beer and food. Wolf's Ridge Brewing was born through the deep desire of the owners to create a gathering space for other craft beer and food lovers in the downtown Columbus community. Our goal is to build a microbrewery and restaurant that becomes a proud member of the community, where we provide our patrons with a wonderful dining and drinking experience.

The concept is centered on the idea that by focusing on craft and locally sourced products as much as possible, we are staying true to our primary goal of supporting and emulating the community in which we reside.

The bartender won us over luckily because our server Laura didn't pay any attention to us. Would be back to see Megan the bartender but hope we don't get that server again.. other servers were more attentive to us then she was.. that is a problem. My girlfriend referred to her as grumpy gills and that was exactly how she was.

Let me start by saying the food was very good. The service was really off. It took 25 minutes for a server to visit the table after we were seated. Her first comment was "it's been a long day". That pretty much set the stage for the rest of the evening. The meal ended with a 40+ minute wait for desert after the entree was cleared and leftovers boxed (by someone other than our server).

One of the best restaurants in Columbus, does not get enough credit in the local restaurant scene. Great atmosphere that offers both casual (tap room) and formal setting.

Wow, this place was absolutely phenomenal. This was our first visit, a close friend (with great taste!) had recommended WRB as her favorite restaurant in Cbus, so we had high expectations, and they were more than met. Service was impeccable, attire was a touch casual but definitely elevated - right on point. We loved the interior finishes, slightly upscale though very warm and inviting. Drinks were superb, all delicious - we had 4! And our four-course Prix Fixe (special Valentine's Day menu) was perfect. We left absolutely delighted.

Service was great and we were seated on time for our reservation!

We both ordered an egg dish and our egg whites were not cooked all of the way through. First time we had not been completely satisfied with the food here.

Went for brunch on a Saturday late morning/early afternoon. The food and atmosphere was excellent. It wasn't as busy as I thought it would be so I cannot comment on noise level that one might encounter on a busier day. I can't wait to go back.

The food was fantastic (chef's choice 5 course dinner) and reasonable for all that you got. I took a chef out to dinner and she was also very impressed. Colorful, beautifully presented. It was a great dining experience.
And, if you don't appreciate your server you should. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and this young woman understood exactly how to serve and leave us alone with food coming right when it needed to.
Best waitress I've run into in years.
5 star overall!

On way to theater event so a good place to stop. Service was decent although had to get attention of wait staff to order. Ended up going small plate route as entrees where a bit pricey. Small plates were very good and right amount of food. Overall enjoyed our visit and got in and out in time doe show.

The food was delicious. We had two small plates for an appetizer. Both were wonderful. I had the pork chop large plate for my meal. One of the best meals I have had at a restaurant. Fun atmosphere....felt like a big city experience! Highly recommend. Wish they offered a complimentary birthday dessert.

We absolutely loved our brunch experience on Sunday. The French Toast was amazing and the breakfast special was spot on.
The cocktail selection was broad and unique for a brunch event.

The service was exceptional and the coffee was excellent.

Sunday brunch was great. I had the chicken sandwich and it wasn't dried out like usual.
The toad in the hole and chili were both hits with my family

The porkchop was divine. The service is always just good enough but never stellar. Have to hunt the server down. But they are usually pleasant when you get their attention. Sadly like a few other of my favorite restaurants it is drafty and cold in the winter. Hate having to stay bundled up even after I am inside. But it is worth it.

Interesting menu selection and would like to try the Chef's Tasting Menu when we have more time. The seasonal menu changes invite a return visit and the opportunity to try something new.

Great experience. Visiting Columbus for the Mid America Restaurant Expo from Maryland and our server Erica was great! We shared the majority of the menu, food was coursed/paced well, cocktails and beer were great. The environment is very comforting, rustic, and great background music selection. Definitely recommend making reservations.

This was our fifth time back at Wolfs Ridge in the last year. It is by far and away the best finer dining in Columbus. Their set menus for special occasions are always brilliantly paired, and their rotating seasonal menu keeps the tastes fresh and the experience interesting. The beer is always great, and I highly recommend any of their cream ale infusions. The meals are pricey, but eating there every once in a while reminds you what great food can taste like!

Wow - this is NOT your typical brew food. Make a reservation in the Dining Room space (because it fills up quickly) and do not be intimidated by the menu pricing - it is BY FAR worth the extra dollars for entrees. The duck breast and salmon were quite possibly the best my husband and I had every had. The wait staff were professional, polite and the perfect balance of invisible, yet present.

We went to Wolf's Ridge Brewing to celebrate my mom's birthday and also to participate in the Restaurant Week menu. The food was amazing and the servers and hosts were very courteous and helpful. A few of us tried the beer flights, too; that was fun and they all tasted really good! I would definitely recommend Wolf's Ridge to someone.

We have always had great food at Wolf's Ridge but both of us were impressed with the unobtrusive and timely service on Friday, January 26. The restaurant was packed but the server never missed a beat. I wish I could recall our server's name as she did such a nice job.

Wolf's Ridge was a great option for a business lunch with deliciously simple, fresh, high quality food at very good prices. There was something on the menu to please everyone and the chef created made-to-order special request items.

We went to Wolf’s Ridge Brewing for Columbus Restaurant Week. We were not aware of the “community style” seating arrangements. We did not particularly care for it. I asked the hostess if we could sit at a private table and she responded she couldn’t change anything because they had so many reservations for the night due to restaurant week. Mind you, we also had a reservation. She placed us at a community table next to another couple who seemed to also have issues with community seating. We could tell by their expressions.

We ordered our food from the restaurant week menu. The baby kale salad was really dry and in my cousin’s words, tasted just like it came straight from the field. For the second course I had the salmon; it was different but good. My cousin had the chicken thighs; she did not eat all of it, not that it was too much but rather she did not enjoy it. The dessert was the best part! The vanilla Panna Cotta was excellent!

Overall, I will probably try WRB again some day. The server did a great job.

First time at Wolf's Ridge for 2018 Restaurant Week!!! LOVED it! Atmosphere was casual, classy & fun. Service was fantastic! Wait staff gave great recommendations! Burrata appetizer with beets & pearl onion was super tasty! Pork Shank literally just feel off the bone and the Panna Cotta was fabulous! Will definitely return!

My boyfriend and I went to Wolf's Ridge Brewing during Restaurant week and the three course menu they provided was outstanding. The variety of food was delicious and the wine/beer was good as always. We had a great time. The place was busy but that was good to see. Thank you for such great service and a great night out! We will be back.

Visited during Restaurant Week and took advantage of the 3-course dinner offered for the occasion. Delicious as always. Loved the chicken thighs in a slightly spicy Thai curry, peanut and coconut infused sauce.
