Food was subpar, not terrible but underwhelming. Especially for the expense. Service was friendly but slow. Overall would not recommend, will not be a repeat customer. They took our beer off the table without asking when it still had beer in it. So disappointing to not be able to finish the last few sips.
As always the food here was excellent. So much flavor, attentively prepared, beautifully presented. The cocktails are also expertly prepared and wine selection is very good. Wolf’s Ridge remains my favorite Columbus restaurant and it was so nice to be back there to eat in person!
Food & Service was good. Would have liked a few more choices. They were also out of several items. Would return once they expand their menu.
Service was amazing. Drinks and food were outstanding. Nothing but great things to say about our experience!
The host, server and staff were excellent. Engaging, knowledgeable, pleasant conversationalists and courteous.
Fantastic dinner with excellent service. It was a bit noisy but mainly due to the exuberant millennial ls at the table next to us.
Delicious, as always! Their beer is some of my favorite
Wolf's Ridge has consistently been one of my favorite go-to place since they opened. Some of the best food around, and this was my first dine-in experience in 16 months!
Great all around experience
This return visit to Wolf’s Ridge was our first following COVID and thus we were excited to share it with two of our best friends. The best description I can provide of the evening was that it was “adequate” and certainly stopped short of the spectacular experience we have had other times. Upon arriving, we were informed that our table was not ready and that we were welcome to visit the taproom. After walking to the taproon and ordering drinks, we were notified that our table was ready. A 3 minute waste of our time. Our waitress, was friendly and informative and disclosed that almost all of the main plate proteins were sold out. At 8:30 on a Saturday night, this is unacceptable. I asked for the pork chop, and she quickly returned stating that it too was sold out. I opted for the salmon, but no measures were taken to even remotely make the dish more special - it was simply take it or leave it. A poor attitude for a restaurant to adopt in these uncertain times. Most of our mixed drinks were quite tasty (props to the mixologist on my delicious mojito) however the white negroni is best described as tasting like someone blended black pepper and cucumber with a white spirit. One of the most acrid and palate-destroying drinks I have ever experienced. I hope to return to find this was a one off experience, but for now, my penchant for mediocre $200 dinners is sadly complete.
This place was the bees knees! Great service, unique and tasty food & great drinks. I’ll be back!
It was a nice time. We appreciated the foam under the table to try and kill noise
Brunch at WRB never disappoints! We make it a point to visit every time we’re in the area. There are no bad choices—everything is delicious. They also have a delicious oat milk cappuccino. The service is also excellent. Best servers and bartenders!
This is the perfect restaurant. The food. The service. It’s all so great.
Good food. Limited menu. My husband thought he left his wallet at the hotel. He took an Uber back to the hotel to get his wallet. It took him quite a while to get back. While he was gone our server never stopped by the table to help look for the wallet, or asked me if I needed anything, or even bothered to refill my water. It was truly one of the most awkward and appalling experiences I have ever had dining. Had anybody bothered to help us look for the wallet, or loaned us a pen light, they would’ve discovered that it was underneath the bench where I was sitting. They called the next day to let us know.
Fantastic dinner. Menu full of interesting choices. Kudos to chef and kitchen for inspired and unusual dishes, presented beautifully. This is what we missed during the pandemic. Also props to the bar… excellent cocktail list. Great servers too.
Nice as always!
Uniquely creative, well prepared meals with a courteous, knowledgeable staff. Wooden benches became uncomfortable after an hour.
Food was just ok. Service was Excellent. Dessert was fantastic. I had the lemon blueberry cheesecake ice cream selection.
Wolf's Ridge has always had great food and an awesome selection of drinks! This visit did not disappoint when entertaining out of towners! Dropping the service star level only because the drinks took a very long time to come and we got the order in much later than usual. I think they were understaffed. That said, highly recommend this place and we enjoyed it greatly!
Father’s Day brunch
We absolutely loved the brunch at Wolf’s Ridge. The food was delicious and the daybreak cream ale is a perfect beer to have with brunch. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back!
The food and service was great! I can't wait to go back and try the outside patio!
I had he pork chop this time. It was the best I’ve ever had
Brunch at Wolf’s Ridge is always great. Best Bloody Marys in Columbus.
Brother came to visit. Excellent service and enjoyed the environment
Food and service was excellent as always. One of Columbus' best restaurants!
Over-priced and left hungry, not enough good options on the menu.
We loved every moment for our dinner. Great service, peaceful ambiance, and impeccable food. Every bite was good, but what surprised us was how delicious even dessert was: creative and satisfying.
Some of the best beer being made anywhere. Cannot recommend it enough.
Wonderful dining experience!! Would absolutely recommend!
Wrb always delights! It was a pleasure to take our friends from out of town to brunch there!
The food here is really good. I’m a vegetarian and our server was nice enough to come back to the table and double check that I wasn’t vegan and it was okay to have eggs in my meal. Service and drink refills are also very fast
This was a birthday dinner that I told them about for my husband. They didn’t even acknowledge it. We had a $55 steak that was full of gristle. We’ve been here before for brunch it was amazing. But the dinner was over priced and underwhelming. I probably won’t make a reservation and wait three weeks to go here again there’s too many good places to eat in Columbus. And when I first got out of the car I went to the taproom and they made me walk in the rain around to the front door because my reservation was in front and I thought I would go in the taproom and have a drink first but I couldn’t walk through the restaurant I had to walk around outside in the rain. Not my favorite experience for Columbus and for my husband’s birthday.
Wonderful food and service. Wolf’s Ridge never disappoints. One of our favorite places in the city!
Fantastic dinner. Our first visit and it will not be the last. Service was perfect. Covid separation and mask protocols followed to the letter. This was our first trip out to a restaurant since March 2020 and what a great beginning. Started off with Elijah Craig Manhattans. Dined on a small plate of Roasted Red Potatoes which were perfectly seasoned and cooked up crunchy outside and perfect texture inside (Highly recommend). Small plate more than ample as a two person appetizer. Then had two large plate entrees: Duck Breast and Mussels. Both dishes were outstanding in taste, seasoning, and cooked to perfection. Duck tender and juicy. Mussels were ample in quantity and the broth was a wonder for dipping in the bread. Great dinner. Looking forward to returning. We dined in the fine dining area and have not yet visited the Taproom. Quite comfortable booth seating with side barriers.
We had a great time when we were there! The food was delicious and the beer top notch. Our server was extremely nice and very attentive. He also was great at helping us pick out our beers. It was our first visit. Can’t wait to come back next time we are in the area and try more items!
Some of the best food in Columbus. Great service!
The staff were wonderful. The food however was not as described and also very unpleasing to the eyes and my pallet. Would never go again.
Our waiter was so awesome! He explained the dishes so well to us and really made our experience great!
