Loved it! Every dish was delicious!! We’ll be back!
Great selection of beer styles, not your run of the mill hop, hoppier and hoppiest. WRB offers a world class dining experience to match their brews. We overnight in Columbus on our cross country trips so we can visit WRB.
We started our dinner experience with a flight of three yummy beers and continued with a pint of our favorites. My friend and I started with beets which were yummy. We'd both have those again. My friend devoured her fish & chips while her husband thoroughly enjoyed his duck. I had the tomahawk pork chop.
The apple pie and chocolate with banana ended our meals. Everything was very good!
The one criticism we have is that servers are too quick to clear the plates. Literally, you are still chewing the final bite and someone is yanking your plate away. If you're the "slow" eater, like enjoying the ambiance!, you feel rushed to finish. We are good tippers so turning the table shouldn't be a restaurant's first goal. Frustrating to spend $100 and feel like you gotta finish so the server can take your plate away.
My wife and I went out on a Tuesday and the food was pretty good. My pastrami ribeye was very good. My wife’s chicken was over cooked. Due to the noise level I believe the bus person didn’t understand when we said we were finished with the salad portion a couple of times. It is a fine restaurant.
The food at Wolf's Ridge is so unique, you won't find anything like it at any other restaurant in Columbus. If you haven't tried it, it should be on your list to try next. This is our first experience with lunch at WRB and everyone enjoyed the meals that we ordered. My only regret is that I didn't order the Bloody Mary! Now have an excuse to go back.
The beer is stupendous, the food was tasty. The servers were attentive. Great place to visit in Columbus.
Wow! We were blown away with the food, cocktails, and great service at Wolf Ridge. We are foodies and delighted in every bite. Get the Painkiller cocktails if you want to skip the brew. 10 out of 10. Will return when in Columbus.
Terrific food and beer and our server Erica was fantastic!
Brunch was delicious. We’ll definitely be back
The food was awesome buy unfortunately I ordered a salad without croutons due to celiac.
The salad arrived and I took a bite only to find ground up bread crumbs under the cheese.
Thanks for getting me sick for days.
Amazing food, great drinks, attentive service. Loved it!
Orders were a little off and fries never came. Other than that it was great. Thanks.
Still the best restaurant in Columbus. They consistently deliver amazing food and top notch drinks.
Only reason i gave a 4 for overall is due to the singular IPA offering, which is a decent IPA, but there was only 1 IPA offering. All other beers were very good to great, food was great, service was great. I gave a 3 star/good for value, as some may consider various food items to be a little pricey therefore I scored "value" accordingly, but this would never be something that would keep me away or impact anything i would like to order, but i could see others choosing elsewhere that may have more "value"....... !! I hope to return soon!!
The service was very good for lunch today - attentive and quick. The food was delicious. I had the shrimp tacos and side salad. Both were very good. My friend had the chicken sandwich, which looked great. We enjoyed an appetizer of pita and the daily special dip, which was cauliflower based.
Excellent food in nice atmosphere.
We and our guests loved it! Thanks.
Went for brunch on our way out of town. We started with the lemon poppyseed donuts with blueberry Chantilly cream. Very light and delish. Then we split the Toads in a Hole and the Avocado toast amazing! Unlike most avocado toasts we have eaten the bread was flavorful and easy to cut. Beermosas were refreshing!
The food is delicious and fresh especially the carrot tartare. Loved the beer selections and beautifully creative cocktails.
My seventh trip to Wolf’s Ridge was a good as the first. Their cocktails continue to be some of the most creative in the city. Everything on every plate was perfectly prepared. And as always, get the soup.
Birthday. It was great
Food and drinks were good. The service was excellent!
Our party of six, including a three-year-old, enjoyed a delicious brunch. Toad in the Hole is always a reliable choice, and the chef had tweaked the Benedict by adding fried crab. It was terrific. Service was outstanding; attentive, prompt, and informative, even with a full restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyable experience for all of us.
5 of us & we all thought our food was superb. Wait staff, Erica, was very knowledgeable about each item & provided just the right amount of attention without interrupting our conversation. Very enjoyable experience.
We had a lovely dinner here on a Friday evening. Parking was easy and the staff gracious. The food was delicious. We both had Wolf's Ridge beers and they were very good.
Our dinner for 7 (business associates) was fantastic! Service was great and the current summer menu is delicious! Highly recommend!
Portion sizes are very small for the price. I had the boulibasse and it didn’t look like it could qualify for an appetizer, let alone a dinner entree.
We visited Wolf's Ridge for Sunday brunch. The arugula salad was tasty and used seasonal ingredients. My husband and son enjoyed their Bloody Mary's. Entrees were scrumptious. Wolf's Ridge always features great food and is a wonderful way to start a Sunday.
This was my first time here and had an absolutely beautiful time. Spent a leisurely 2 hours sampling beers appetizers dinners and desserts I loved the Oktoberfest beer! The main attraction was the tooth fish served in a bowl of edamame, baby bokchoy and veggies with the server pouring hot broth over everything. The smell was amazing! My daughter in law had the Black Forest cake So good she was not sharing. I had their version of the banana pudding that was truly unique and had to get my son in on it! Love this place!
We enjoyed the casual rustic atmosphere. Especially the plant wall. So natural and fresh !
It’s really pleasant to have fine dining in a comfortable - no need to dress up - place. Our entrees were SO DELICIOUS !!! We commented on the flavors all thru our meal !!! We exchanged bites with each other and liked what others had too. We selected Tomahawk Chops and Filet Mignon. Good service too. It was quite expensive because of what we
chose, but we will be back. A really enjoyable dinner out !!! THANK-YOU !!
We have visited WR a few times. Over time the prices appear to have increased. Also, the quality has declined, e.g., sprinkling grated cheddar over quartered romaine and drizzling the plate with vinaigrette is not a great dish (and is certainly nothing like a Caesar salad). The sausage tasted great, but is overpriced. And warming bread on a grill, so that it’s burned and has char from the grill sticking to it, is really inexcusable. The presentation of the tuna ceviche is poor - pieces in a sauce - and the taste bland.
I don’t know if there are staffing issues, but the standard is not what we have experienced in the past. The only really outstanding element was the exceptional service.
Better for brunch on the weekend than lunch during he week
Amazing food and craft beer! Staff were extremely professional and courteous. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend Wolf’s Ridge Brewing to all those visiting Columbus.
Concert at Nationwide
Loved the ambiance and the food was excellent as was the beer.
This is a tough review to write because the quality of the food and service was good, and though higher-priced, the value was decent. Here's why I can't recommend Wolf's Ridge though . . . we had a 7:15PM reservation, we were there on-time, and they didn't seat us until 7:40. We were a group of seven, and there was a table of 8 eating dinner that they were wanting to finish first and then seat us at that table instead of pushing a couple of smaller tables together (even though those smaller tables were open and available). So instead of inconveniencing themselves by putting tables together, they inconvenienced us and kept saying to us that they think the table will be leaving at any time now. Well that didn't happen. After almost a 30-minute wait past our reservation time, the table of 8 was still lingering, Wolf's Ridge finally put tables together and seated us. The same tables that were available from the moment we walked in the door.
Unfortunately though it get's worse. Wolf 's Ridge doesn't have a lot of entree options on it's menu. I have no issues with that because I feel they choose to do a few things well and I like everything they have on their menu. But half of our table wanted to order the filet. Guess what? They ran out. Mind you, this wasn't 10PM. This was a 7:15 reservation on a Sunday night. How do you run out of steaks in the middle of dinner time when it's one of only 5 entrees on your menu?
So I can't blame the servers for this because they did great. I can't blame the sous chef because the food was cooked fabulously. But because they can't be competent in the little things, I can't give them a good recommendation.
Delicious!! Will definitely be back 😊
Dinner menu portions too small, but beer selection and service was great!
Always love Wolf’s Ridge. Busy for Sunday brunch. But they unfortunately missed the mark the last time we went. Compromised quality/service for efficiency. Had our donuts out first and then our entrees our within 5 minutes. Felt like they were pushing us out. My meal unfortunately did not have the beef brisket as advertised so I asked for it to be corrected. They brought it back out after slopping it on top haphazardly.
