One of my all time favorite restaurants. Never disappoints.
Everything at Wolf’s Ridge was amazing! My husband and I each had speciality cocktails, several appetizers, salads, the pork chop, and the pina colada dessert. In my opinion, this is best place to eat in town for foodies. It’s inspired, creative, and flavorful food. Yum!
Quality of meats okay but the seafood I do not recommend (all of us in the dinner party felt it was defrosted with no flavor and rubbery).
This restaurant stands out in a Cameron Mitchell-saturated city. It is modern and inventive, and everything was executed beautifully. The seasonal menu changes, and the service is knowledgable and unhurried. A brewery doesn't need to have an exceptional cocktail menu, but this one does. The beer flights make the food sing! We were proud to take an out of town guest, and will return again and again!
First time here and we took a client with us for lunch. The food was awesome and I'm already planning a return visit for the Sunday Brunch! I actually didnt have a beer while I was there (the green tea infused Arnold Palmer hit the spot) but I've purchased their beer before at Giant Eagle and Kroger and I've ordered a pint at other restaurants in town, so I know how good that is. 2 of my colleagues were from out of town and they complimented the entire meal the entire way to the airport. Go see for yourself; it was very good!
Cat was a fantastic server who was knowledgeable with great energy!
Brunch was great. Breakfast nachos were amazing. Drinks and bar service were awesome.
We had no trouble getting in for a weekday birthday lunch. Great choices on the menu - shrimp tacos were delicious - 3 tacos served in soft tortillas in a spicy red sauce. Everyone had a flight of 3 beers which gave us a great variety. The RoyGBiv was refreshing and slightly sour and the coffee cream ale was light and smooth with just a hint of coffee. We would go back next time we're in Columbus.
Excellent food, absolutely one of the best meals I have experienced in Columbus. Humble surroundings for spectacular food.
Recently fined at the brewery with business colleagues. This is a great place to go have drinks. The beers they brew are very good. But the meal left me very disappointed. The fish was chard and dried out. My steak was also chard with a tuff crust and over cooked. We had to send back the fish to be redone. The second time was done better but not great. Recommend going to the brewery for drinks but go elsewhere for dinner.
Great restaurant, reasonably priced, friendly staff that knows their beer.
The place was great. Prices were reasonable. My family enjoyed themselves. This restaurant has community tables. They do try to create some separation which is nice. The only thing I was not a fan of with this restaurant was them asking for credit card information to reserve a table. I have never experienced this with any other restaurant even more expesive ones. In addition you are charged $45 for each person in your reservation if you do not show or don't cancel in their timeframe. That is excessive. Otherwise it's a nice place.
Great food selections, well-made cocktails, and incredible service.
We came in on a night when there was a tasting menu on offer and it was wonderful. Very, very pleased with our experience.
Great meal and great service. We were very well looked after in both the crowded Taproom and the Restaurant. Good menu with varied and interesting options. Would definitely return when next visiting Columbus
My daughter and I began our evening with a flight of beers. We started with the yummy burrata with peas and spicy aioli. My vegetarian daughter enjoyed her cauliflower steak with a side of brussel sprouts while I had the chicken and crepe. The crepe was filled with fingerling potatoes, mushrooms and peas. I read the description incorrectly so it wasn't what I expected but it was still delicious. If I were in the kitchen, I'd loose the mushroom jus. It sort of overpowered the delicious chicken and crepe. Finally, we took our server, Garth's recommendation and shared two desserts: lemon curd meringue and strawberry cheesecake. Overall, a delicious meal in a lovely environment.
A great place for a date night. We asked our waitress recommendations and she was spot on with her recommendations. We will be back for sure.
I love this place! The food was amazing and our server was great!
The food and drinks never disappoint. My favorite dish this time were the coffee-roasted beets - I want to eat them EVERY day! The flights of beer are also a great way to sample for the best take-home options.
Burrata was good, carrot tartare wonderful. Entrées were okay. Lemon Meringue dessert was best I’ve had in a while. Very good and prompt service.
Booked for my wedding shower brunch for ten guests. When we arrived we were questioned several times about how many we were having and told our ten top was going to be partitioned at the end for a two top. I reserved the table for ten they just were not there yet so I did not understand why they wouldn’t let me put my gifts down where my guests were gonna sit and again was told this was due to them wanting to place two people at the end.... this chair was a part of my reservation and again I was asked how many are coming when I was confused what the big deal was about moving them. Please when a guest makes a reservation for ten have that table of ten for them without so many questions! I would tell you if we had less!
Great food and drinks as usual.
Excellent food, good selection of beers. Unique cocktails. Will definitely return.
Everything was delicious and they were great with gluten-free options
Waiter was not friendly to multiple guests (rude even), menu was not great, and the food was over priced for the taste/quality. Mostly unhappy with the waiter. Manager was notified but never came and spoke to the table or offered compensation. Was charged for free birthday desert as well.
We had great service and loved the atmosphere. We had the mussels for an appetizer which we delicious and my husband has the Arctic Char which he really liked. The beer was tasty. I was extremely disappointed in the ribeye. For it being the most expensive thing on the menu, I would like to think that it would be cooked nicely. It was completely charred and terribly overdone. I could’ve gotten over it being over cooked, except it tasted like eating burnt toast. I saw them cooking the steaks on the highest flame possible when I walked past the kitchen area.
So disappointed - I’m not sure I’ll be back. If I come back, I will definitely NOT order the steak.
The thing that makes Wolf’s Ridge (WRB) unique is their ability to take ordinary things and make them totally new and special. Case in point, Coffee Roasted Beets. If this is a thing, I missed it. But I won’t miss it again. It was incredible. “Deconstructed” is the MO here, so you never know exactly what you’ll be getting but be a little adventurous and it will pay off.
I’m not a drinker but the word is that the beer will make the place even more likable!
WRB absolutely is fine dining without airs or pretenses; just incredibly good food presented in an enticing manner.
Such a pleasant surprise! The menu was unique and had several vegetarian offerings for my family. The ambiance was chic modern with a cool herb/plant wall. Service was attentive but she let us sit and talk. Great experience!
Great everything! We had such a great time!
Our brunch was great, we ordered the special which was the crispy pork belly with grits. And also had the French toast. Everything was delicious, the French toast was very unique compared to any other I’ve had at other restaurants. Loved the citrus whipped cream on top. Our server was very attentive, we will have to become brunch regulars.
One of our very favorite restaurants in the Columbus area. The food is always good, the atmosphere cool and relaxed, the beers of good variety.
Got the chefs tasting menu and it was outstanding
Great food. Good service. A little loud
What an amazing place. The food was excellent the ambiance was comfortable. This is going on my list of regular places!
Moved to NYC from CBUS a few years ago and was back in town for a wedding. This was always one of my favorite Columbus restaurants so was looking forward to the reservation. We ordered the tasting menu and it was absolutely horrible. Honestly one dish my partner and I agree was inedible inedible, and everything was over seasoned or over sauced and over sweetened. What happened?
Great cocktails, and a fabulous menu! We opted to sit at the bar and had super service.
The food was outstanding. Service was top notch. Also the Bloody Mary was incredibly tasty. Just a wonderful meal and experience. My whole family loved it
It is a lovely place. The kitchen however closed 15 minutes after our arrival. The server notified us of this upon sitting. Recommend they put this in on their web site or communicated this upon when reservations where made. Food was good and presentation nice. May be overpriced.
