Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill – Disney Springs
We had the Florida grouper and the salmon. Took a lot longer than the dishes around us. Was worth the wait as far as flavor
I ate the pork chops,my wife ate the pasta dish that begins with a T (so hard to pronounce), it had clam and shrimp. My daughter got the tortellini, and my youngest for Mac and cheese. 1000% amazing food and service. 1000% would go back. Price was expensive, but not too expensive. With drinks, calamari, and 5 meals, we spent roughly $200.
Was disappointed the menu inside did not match what was advertised out front on the menu board. Food was not very good. Both the chicken and waffles and chicken Wienerschnitzel were exactly the same tasteless dry fried chicken. Much the same as a McDonald’s original chicken sandwich filet. The waffles were also extremely dry and crumbly. The blueberry compote was presented poorly on the waffle and had an off taste.
Josh was amazing, made sure all of our dining needs were met and with a big smile.
Waited 15 minutes past our reservation time, waited 12 minutes at the table to even be talked to. But our waiter was very nice
Food is not impressive for the price. Sea Bass was just ok. Steaks were ok. I understand why we were able to get the reservation.
We showed up for our reservation on time and promptly and we’re seated. We were quickly served water but had to wait quite a while for the server to greet us and ask for drink orders. When she did come to our table she seemed rushed. The service for ordering anything was really slow, but the kitchen got the food out quickly. Maybe our server was having an off night. She picked up our dirty utensils from our appetizer but then only replaced the silverware with a fork, so we had to ask for knives to cut our food. So most of us just tried to cut our food with the fork because she wasn’t available to ask for a knife. Also one of the diners in our party had a glass that was cracked and the server didn’t notice and didn’t seem to care that it was cracked. She did provide us with a to go cup to replace it.
For the cost of the food I was very disappointed in the dining experience.
So… it is a restaurant at a busy touristic location but we were seated at the time reserved.
Kids has pizza and last which were good and arrived fast.
I had a glass of Merlot. Looks like the wine list by the bottle is good but the wine by the glass is limited. It was the first time I could not finish a glass of wine (I did not return because wine was not corked; just bad).
I ordered the NY Steak and my wife a salad. Good took a lot of time to arrive. Steak was cooked as requested but was cold. The grilled asparagus part of the plate were burnt . Salad was just ok.
Will not come back
Very good food but share the sides they are big enough for a small family we certainly got up sold and encouraged to get sides with dinners which was unnecessary.
Great meal with fantastic service! Stated with mushroom pizza then shared Scottish Salmon and Prime Burger. We’ll definitely return!
First time experience was good enough for us to want to return. The food was good service was too.
Food was mediocre to say the least! some of the dishes had good presentation but everything was cold, brought at different times and prepared wrong. Service was terrible after server was even asked to be changed we got a server that was more pleasant and had better knowledge of menu. Over all was pricy for terrible food and service! Would NOT recommend.
We arrived with a party of 10 with reservations but did not get seated for 45 mins after our reservation time. The staff was friendly but didn’t provide us with anything for the inconvenience. We were sat by the kitchen that was so loud we had to yell to speak. Our waiter was kind and the food was good but I would not recommend and would not return.
Great Place did not disappoint
Whenever we are going to WDW we always make a point of including a visit to Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant. It’s a fantastic dining and fun experience that never disappoints. The menu sources many local products and changes based upon seasonal offerings. We are continually surprised by the new dishes that make it onto the menu. The service has also been top notch as well.
Always an awesome experience. Our waitress, Stormy (sp?) was fantastic!
Less than stellar food, daughters milk was spoiled
Service was awful. Not worth the $120 bill
Every dish we had at our table was absolutely delicious! Will be back soon😁
We had a 1 hour, 10-minute wait from order to food. The noise was quite loud in the restaurant. The food came out over a span of 30 minutes, one plate at a time, for different people in our party. The food was not good at all. All persons in our 5 person party disliked their food, but they were so hungry they ate it. It was like a chef tried to get too creative with simple dishes and just ruined them with too many weird ingredients. How do you mess up a $20 hamburger, or spaghetti and meatballs? The spaghetti and meatballs tasted like it had too much basil or something in it. Even the salad and my wife's $14 Moscow mule were bad. The broccolini, well, that was good. I'm sorry, but there was just so much wrong, this was a one-star review. I felt bad for the waitress, as she did nothing wrong. We even heard others complaining about their food and ran into a person outside who said they would not recommend it. We should have listened. $139 (before tip) wasted. I don't mind the price when the food is good. It is not good here.
Everything was great except for the steak something just tasted it off And for being medium it was very tough
It was good but nothing was really amazing or outstanding really, with the exception of the chocolate cake for dessert that was definitely something I would want to taste again but don’t really think we would return especially since it is pricey. Spending the money we did, I want to be wowed by the food and service
Amazing experience all across the board!
Everything was great
We left before the food came. When you get a side of Tuscan potatoes with your steak, and the waiter tells you “I can’t promise you more then a couple potatoes” it’s time to leave. This would have been a $100 meal, yet you want to be stingy with your potatoes? You never want to feel like you aren’t getting your money’s worth, but that’s what this accomplished. So we just decided to get up and leave. Went to Rainforest Cafe of all places, and actually had a much better experience. This may have turned us off for good for Wolfgang, and this was one of my favorite restaurants at Disney Springs.
everything was wonderful!
This is another example of a chef who spent a career building his reputation for high quality food and service and see it tarnished by opening garbage restaurants just to make money. Service was horrendous. Took 1:15 hours just to get kids food which was a cheese pizza and pasta with red sauce. They forgot our appetizers and just brought main dishes that were so disgusting, so overcooked with no taste at all which we sent them back. We asked to “trade” our entrees for our apps that never came and they didn’t know what to do and then 10 minutes later came back saying the chef could do it in another 15-30 minutes. At this point we were already there for over 1.5 hours and my wife and I hadn’t eaten at all. We gave up and left with a $200 bill and went to get dinner a few doors down. This place is a shame and a scam. So overpriced. Very sad a Wolfgang would downgrade his brand this way
Stephanie is an awesome server, David Elbertson make you feel at home..
Great service, friendly staff. Wonderful cocktails, pricey but delicious!
Wonderful atmosphere and food for a late evening meal in Disney Springs. The pizza’s in particular are a great value compared to similar restaurants in the Disney bubble.
Excellent dinner! They are very accommodating with kids and splitting an adult meal. Loved our server and the food!
Great brunch, casual and relaxing for a start to shopping or the parks
Nice weekend brunch options!
Food was good, but a little pricey overall
Madison and Ivan were excellent examples of great customer service. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the entire experience.
Overall good food. Had a couple issues. Spaghetti was over cooked, salmon over salted, Caesar salad no good. Burger, 1/2 chicken, seafood pasta, bruschetta, and calemari were great. 1/2 chicken was the best thing on the menu. Cheesecake and carrot cake were excellent. Staff was wonderful.
First time visiting this area and decided to try this restaurant. We liked our waiter but the food service was terrible and took almost an hour to get our food. We had two young children with us and the manager was dismissive of our concerns and kept telling us it took 40 minutes to cook steak and chicken. They offered to provide us “free dessert” for our inconvenience while my two children were having a meltdown at the table. The next time we come to this area we would not go back. There are much better restaurants in the area at their price point with better food with better service for the price.
Had to wait 20 mins even with reservations. Wait for food was over an hour. $10 for a milkshake and an additional $5 for small brownie topping. Ridiculous. Automatic gratuity for party of 6.
Fresh creative food. Service from the get go was masterful. Shoutout to Jared for making my wife’s birthday extra special. Thanks!
