This is a really great place! We shared Hot and Soup Soup, Crab Rangoon, Cantonese Orange Peel with crispy chicken, shrimp and beef and the wrinkled green beans. Everything was very delicious! Daniel was one of the best servers we have had recently - very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. There were some interesting specialty drinks including the Pomegranate Drunken Master Ginger Ale. Look forward to visiting again when in Chicago!
We chose Wok & Fire for a Valentines Day dinner. The food was great and the service was perfect. For such a busy night they did a great job! We will definitely recommend Wok & Fire and we will be returning.
Excellent service, good food, nice atmosphere. Celebrated 65th birthday for wife who loved the overall experience. Definitely would go again.
We have been to this location and had excellent service and great food. This time the service was horrific. The waitress was so slow to take our order, deliver food, realize that food from our order was missing, etc. It just went on and on. A simple hour dinner turned into 2 hours with impatient kids became an endurance contest. Extremely disappointing.
Very loud restaurant, poor quality sushi, over priced for the quality of the food. Would not eat there again. its like the McDonalds of Sushi!
Friday night with the kids! Menu has something for everyone of all ages. We were there at 5:45 so still early enough to be there with kiddos w/o getting dirty looks! Craving more maki rolls!
Even on a busy Friday night we were seated at the time of our reservation. Excellent service, delicious fresh food, friendly and energetic atmosphere. Recommend you make reservations for evening meal.
Wonderful restaurant great food , service and atmosphere!
Service was nice. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed our meal & outing there as normal
Great service and delicious food. The seating area was comfortable and spacious.
Dined here on a spur-of-the-moment Sunday night. The restaurant was pretty steady despite a snow storm that had started a few hours earlier. The only way into the restaurant was through a revolving door that had not been treated at all for snow or ice removal. It was very tricky trying to get in with our party. We said something to the hostess who just agreed that it was very slippery but didn't seem too concerned. We were seated right away and waited nearly 10 minutes to be greeted by a server. This pretty much set the mood for the level of service we'd get throughout the meal. The food that we ordered was delicious. We know it's good, which is why we went in. However, when our food eventually came, we had no utensils. Getting a refill on our iced tea/water/soda was nearly impossible. We chose not to order alcohol because we didn't want to wait for it. I'd probably bypass this location in the future for similar restaurants in the area.
Good food, service was prompt but more expensive than expected.
Excellent food. Large portions but not obnoxiously so.
Geeat food and fast!!
Went for a work outing and we were not disappointed. The Saint Charles roll was fantastic! Service was good! Everyone of us left satisfied!
Never had sushi so when my son wanted to go there I was a little optimistic. When the food came and tasted it I see what I've been missing. Outstanding
Great place for food, service and atmosphere. Food fresh, servers prompt and polite and a mild energy in the air.
We really like coming here, however, I think that our server wasn't listening closely when we ordered our entree. I made my choice of shrimp but was served chicken. That was disappointing. Otherwise, our food was very good as usual.
Food again was awesome. Service was good and very attentive to us. Great experience as usual
Consistent excellent food. Love the crab rangoons, coconut shrimp, lettuce wraps and all of the rice/noodle bowls, especially the Kung Pow chicken. Their St. Charles Maki rolls are delicious too!
Ordered appetizer, never showed up. Out came dinner. App was removed from bill of course. Otherwise food was good. I'll still go back.
Fourth time we have eaten here. Good sushi selection. Big hit with locals for the happy hour. Only disappointment this time is the special Summer Sashim platter. Advertise as thick slices of sashimi turn out to be very thin wafer slices of fish. Our waitress was excellent as usual.
This was our third or fourth visit over several years and as always the food was amazing--delicious and attractive. The option of brown rice is extremely welcome.
Nice place for a party that has mixed asian cuisine tastes. Good for sushi, thai, chinese flavors in a lively environment.
Awesome people awesome service great food I love the martinis and they have the best sushi I keep coming back thank tiu for being an awesome restaurant
Wok 'N Fire always has fresh and delicious tasting food with many healthy options. Great service and metropolitan -feeling ambiance. Would highly recommend.
We were waited on right away (This time) had a great server
Had the same thing as last time since it was so good Papa’s sushi roll & sweet and spicy beef with their fried rice ( only complaint not enough fried rice had to ask for more)
Came home with leftovers great reheated for lunch this week :)
We had a reservation for 6:45 and specifically asked for a booth because we were having a birthday party with two teenage girls not only do they not have a booth for us but stuck Us in the very center of the restaurant that was so crowded it was even hard to listen to anyone talk... the only thing I can say is at the food was terrible and the sake tasted like vinegar. It seemed like the girls that work there were more interested in flirting with the bartender and the gentleman at the front of the restaurant that was checking people in... it only takes one of these encounters to turn us away from a restaurant and this was it for us. We used to really enjoy coming here...
Been here several times our go to for Asian food a solid 10!
Delicious food and great service
