Great food and experience!
Food was good !!! My server overcharged me but rectified the mistake so the experience was positive
One thing, for the customer service department needs to update the map-location. I was using the GPS-Google Map and it was showing me that your place was located in the opposite side of the plaza area.
Great food! The crunchy roll with the mango sauce and the crab cake wrap where outstanding
My friend enjoyed her potstickers and shiitake chicken. Highly recommend
Music was extremely loud very hard to talk with friends! Food was awesome service was good! I feel for a 10.00 glass of wine you do not get very much! Little bugs kept flying around our table all night!!
Food was great, service was slow but nice. I think they may have been a bit under staffed this night. I would definitely go back!
Excellent food and service! Social distancing of tables makes for a quiet dining room though.
The food was good but took forever to get to our table.
Sat outside and the service was very poor. Hot saki machine wasn’t working, out of Sapporo beer, this was very disappointing. Waited a long long time for round of drinks
Good and service was good
Had a wonderful time. The waitress was very nice and even checked if they could do the chicken fried rice without egg for my friend.
Not sure if steep drop off due to pandemic. This used to be a favorite spot. No more. Cost way to much for poor service and below average food. It’s a shame.
Food was delicious. Great selections. Need more beer options.
Normally I rave about every visit to this Won n Fire location. But unfortunately this time was the first awful visit at this location. It seemed like an isolated incident and we plan to come back.
Excellent experience! Our waitress, Stacey, was the best. Very attentive & helpful in making suggestions. Manager, Mark, was also great in making our evening there a positive experience. The food was excellent and the drinks were perfect. We will definitely be back!
Great waitress, fantastic sushi love the inky roll! Outside seating was great though the chairs were uncomfortable.
Great time, good food, great service
I fully intend to report to health department on the abundance of fruit flies flying around us and the meal while we sat in the bar area...couldn't wait to leave
The prices for the food you get is ridiculous. These are downtown prices and service and quality do not match the prices that they are charging here
Service was great but the food quality has declined. Our sushi with salmon was bad and we sent it back.
just got together with old friend i had not seen in awhile , he loved the food and also the ambiance.
Dinner during COVID-19 Pandemic.
There were bugs flying around the tables
This is the best sushi around in our opinion (at least in this price range). We ate outside on the patio, but inside is nice too
Sat outside which was very nice. We all enjoyed our sushi rolls. Great place for a summer lunch with friends.
Love the restaurant. I would recommend doing something to upgrade the bathrooms. They don’t match the rest of how nice the restaurant is.
While our server was great and the food was very good, we had bought several plates to share and then were bringing the leftovers home to my significant other that could not make it to lunch. The busser kept coming by trying to grab our plates when there was only one thing left on them and we had to continually tell him we were not finished yet. While I do not mind having to let him know, he should ask before grabbing. It wasn't until we were home that we realized he had managed to grab a couple of things off the table before we put them in our To Go container and while we were deep in our conversation. When you pay $7 for two pieces of sushi, they should not assume the one left on the plate is trash. There were some good pieces of sushi that we wanted to eat at home....
The food is very delicious and the waitress was very helpful.
We have dined at Won N Fire for many years and have been there on multiple occasions. That must tell you what we we think about about the quality of the service and food we receive. We will continue on coming back
Been here several times and everything is always prepared perfectly.
The sushi was not normal sushi grade fish. Tuna was wrong color, texture and taste. Other fish were also subpar.
The cut of the sushi was all wrong. We had nigiri style and fish was cut too thin and wide. It flopped over the rice. I think that they cut it thin because it was such a bad grade of fish if it was thicker you wouldn’t of been able to chew through it.
Definitely no social distancing here. People from different parties told to sit right next to each other at the bar. Chaos. Feel sorry for the employees- just poorly managed.
Service was awful.
Terrible service! Never even asked how our meal was or if we needed anything, and that’s after we finally got our food after 1.5hrs
They over charged us, when we asked for extra protein instead they doubled our order and guilted us into thinking this is what we wanted. The kung pao dish turned out to be 42$ which made no sense.
The biggest issue was the bus boy did not practice social distancing and his mask was not even on his face, it was hanging off his chin. He rubbed up shoulders grabbing dishes from the table with my friend, and made her feel uncomfortable. He could have waited to clear the table or properly worn his mask.
This was my second time dining at Wok n Fire and unfortunately, the quality of the food was nothing like the first time around. The sushi rolls were double wrapped in rice and had hardly any filling inside. The first time I dined here I was very impressed by the sushi but this time was very disappointing.
Just not impressed with the food. Stir fry dishes were very bland. Not a great value. Disappointed.
The food and service were superb. However, I have been ordering the same entree for years and now that portion is smaller but the price is not.
Fantastic sushi 🍣 and great service! I came in with my family and a few friends and everyone was very pleased! Definitely coming back!
First time and waitress was super friendly and helpful in helping us pick a noodle and chicken spicy dish. I had picked something completely different but I asked for her recommendation and she said the Kung Pao chicken with noodles and I’m beyond happy I picked it. Super fresh and just perfect. The sushi was wonderful as well. Will definitely be back to try different things.
