   Prices like a Chicago steak house but food and overall atmosphere no where near that level. Iberico pork, Waygu filet sound good but came out cool and poorly seasoned. For the pricing I expect a well cooked and served dinner. Goat cheese with honey and dates are deep fried goat cheese balls in old oil. Dark over fried little flavor. Won’t be back

   Ultimately the drinks and appetizers were good. The main course left much to be desired. None of the main course had ANY flavor. The scallops and prawns were way overcooked and had no flavor. Even the butter was flavorless. My steak was cooked to perfection but again had zero flavor. The sides of asparagus and Brussels sprouts…….zero flavor. With a couple changes I would say there is hope. But until then, I can’t say I will be going back. The staff was awesome and the atmosphere was great.

   First time for all of us at the Chophouse and it did not disappoint. Everything from the service to the food was fabulous. Sea Bass , Prawns, lobster, lamb chops and the sides for two that we are a shared was absolutely delicious. We will definitely tell others and we will be back. Thank you everyone who made our first dining experience at Wissota Chophouse so wonderful.

   Our first visit was a delight. Excellent service, food quality and portions were generous. What a great addition to the Green Bay/De Pere dining scene! We will definitely be dining here again soon. Just a lovely experience overall -- and relatively close to home!

   The server was beyond amazing, the food for the size and quality was definitely pricey. It was good but I wouldn’t say we’d return. Beautiful spot and amazing service though. Food is average for what we spent. (Forgot pic of steak)

   For the price not at all what we were hoping for. Very slow service, not super attentive. Sides came out a good 15 minutes before the steaks. Steaks were not done as ordered. Bailey hostess was superb and did everything to try to make the experience right but unfortunately for the dollars spent this just wasn't acceptable. Food was very average. With the exception of the crab cakes those were superb.

    I took myself out for New Year’s Eve and it was exceptional. Excellent food, service and the cost was fine. Exactly what I expected. I will recommend it to my friends and family.

    Our first experience here was great. The service was fantastic. The food was very good. This is subjective as well but the noise level was such that I had a hard time hearing our server. It's not objectionable, just the vibe between the music and the chatter. The lighting was also a little bright for my taste, could be dimmed a bit for a little more intimate, warmer vibe. Part of the dining room doubles as the hotel's breakfast room. But overall very good. We'd go back.

    Price for food was on the high side for what you get. If you want potatoes or a vegetable you must order it from "sharing" portion of your menu which is way too much for one person but the only way to order.. Because of the way you have your menu set up and the prices....even though it was good....we probably won't be back. They put myself & husband at a table by the green door , which was NOT good because every time someone came in we were disrupted and the table was for two people but very small. Just some things to think about.
