   Our entire experience was excellent. Greeting upon arrival was warm & friendly. The speed in which our high tea choice was delivered to the table was also excellent. Staff were present without hovering. The high tea was delicious & beautifully presented. A wonderful experience for my friend & I celebrating our 70th birthdays.

   The food was mostly lovely, but not quite the fine dining experience we expected. The experience felt rushed. We paired wines and the next course was brought out too fast, before wines were finished. Allow patrons to savour their food and wine. The table is booked for the night. There's no rush.

   The value for money was not there. The majority of the high tea could be purchased at any eastern food outlet / patisserie and the overall experience was not what I expected. I set the booking for a vegetarian option and they did not consider this and had to be reminded. What was then brought out was a considerable journey away from fine dining. The sparkling wine offering was not poured at the table and was charged at a premium for what was questionable to be french champagne. The service was not what I expected for the venue and it is not the best idea to bring the cordless vacuum cleaner out and start vacuuming when diners are attempting to enjoy a premium experience. We traveled a considerable distance for this experience specifically and it was an overall let down I am afraid.

   A beautiful afternoon tea with stunning views. There was plenty of delicious food and we couldn’t finish it all. We were able to take the leftover deserts to out room in a takeaway container. Great service and a very relaxing experience.

    Stunning view, food was lovely, and plenty of it. Additional glasses of sparkling wine were reasonably priced. Service was unattentive. Took 30minutes to bring tea, and I had to keep asking for things, they never approached us to see if we needed anything. It wasn't even busy. And just odd lazy things like, bringing the bill to the table, then refusing to take the bill with the credit card, siting we had to get up. It was just weird. The service took forever too, so then they were rushing us at the end for the next table sitting.
