   It took them 45 minutes just to bring out our first round of food, which is a significant delay, especially considering it's a timed dining experience. When we inquired about the wait, the staff were reasonable in their response, but they still brought out the wrong orders. We were understanding about that, mistakes happen — but what made the situation worse was that despite the delay being on their end, they didn’t compensate us for the lost time. Instead of extending our dining time to make up for the 45-minute delay, they cut our experience short and asked us to leave at the original end time. This meant we only got about 45 minutes to actually eat, even though we had booked and paid for an hour and a half. It was incredibly frustrating to be rushed out after waiting so long for food we didn’t even fully get. The poor service and mismanagement really let down the entire experience.

   Was expecting more with all the 5 star reviews but this was a very average restaurant. We ordered a variety of wings but none of them were particularly outstanding. Service was poor, there wasn’t enough staff and had to constantly go to counter for any requests, even to get the bill paid. It was my son’s birthday and had agreed with restaurant to bring out a (premade) dessert (terrible) with candle for him, reminded them 20mins and 10mins before we had to leave for cinema and still they didn’t bring it out. While the front of house lady was very nice the rest of the staff just did not care. Had to leave with dessert in a box. Very poor form.

   Had the $70 all you could eat drink for 2hrs ! Was amazing and well worth the value

   We had a booking and were greeted at the door and ushered to our table. The food arrived promptly after ordering and our cocktails were very nice and fairly priced. We just felt a bit rushed out of our seats.

   Always enjoy the food at Wingboy. It’s our favourite wing restaurant in Sydney whenever we visit.

    I recently visited this establishment again, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, the service still disappointed. The food, particularly the chicken wings, was quite good, but the service was lacking. Our waiter seemed more interested in socializing with his friends than attending to our table, making it difficult to get our order taken. What’s worse, other patrons were vaping nearby and blowing smoke around us. When we raised this with the waitstaff, they didn’t take any action to address it, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Given this is not the first time I’ve had issues with the service here, it’s unlikely I’ll be returning.
