The food was fantastic, the environment quiet and nice, and we were able to reserve a table online.
Great food great service As always.
We had a wonderful date night at Wine Dive. The appetizers were fantastic and the wine was the perfect temperature. Our server was so friendly and attentive, she checked in on us often, but I never felt as if she was overbearing. We were so full at the end of our meal! We shared the pork shop entree, and it was plenty for two people. We saved a tiny bit of room for the s'mores dessert and it was totally worth it! YUM!
I had visited for lunch earlier in the week, so when my friend wanted to meet for lunch on Sunday, I thought I'd introduce her. The service on Tuesday afternoon was much better, but it was much busier on Sunday. For as busy as it was, I was thankful that it didn't seem noisy, and we had no trouble conversing. Overall, I was happy that we could get a reservation and not wait in a line on Sunday and had a nice, easy lunch.
Excellent experience in a quaint mid-century building. Absolutely underrated. The entire menu is fresh and prepared with great care. Take a step off the beaten path and try Wine Dive!
Accidentally made reservations at the Wichita Wine Dive, rather than Manhattan! Fortunately, Manhattan Wine Dive was able to seat us quickly even though there were many diners. Our server, Jacob, was knowledgeable, observant, and delightful. The food was excellent!
Excellent experience from beginning to end. Will recommend to all of my friends. Great food, service and atmosphere.
We love the wine dive. The sangria is amazing and a great deal!
Food was good, only thing we didn't like was the mac and cheese.
Good experience as always. Server was great as well as the food.
Great place for a good salad for lunch. Also really like the salmon and steak & frites for dinner. Always have a good meal here.
WE WERE VERY PLEASE . THANKS FOR MAKIN MY BIRTHDAY DINNER .YOU WILL SEE SOON
Food was great! Drink prices a bit high. You should definitely ask for the s'mores for dessert...you won't be disappointed!
The Wine Dive is a great place for lunch or dinner. The food is always good, and the wait staff are attentive and easy to work with. I have dietary issues, but have never had any problems ordering what I can eat. I highly recommend The Wine Dive.
TERRIBLE- WAY OVERPRICED FOOD! APPETIZERS AND ENTREES NO SUBTLE FLAVOR PROFILE-VERY POOR FOOD QUALITY/KITCHEN AT A SUPPOSED UP SCALE RESTAURANT PRICE :(
The fried oyster appetizer was nothing but deep fried wanton and so small oysters they literally could not be found. The "Drunken Bread" appetizer was unflavored bland mush.
The seafood Mac & Cheese as a featured entrée for $26.50 a piece was unworthy of a Kraft Mac Cheese label-absolutely terrible, runny , artificial cheese with no seafood of any substance to be found! Wind Dive should be ashamed to let my meal out of the kitchen-its great Wichita competitors must be laughing their butts off!!!
MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I PAID FOR THE MEAL AND DID NOT SEND IT BACK AND WALK OUT!!! WHAT A SHAM DINING EXPERIENCE!!! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER-THEIR OTHER NEW RESTAURANT THE "VORA RESTAURANT EUROPEAN" IS EQUALLY AS UNTALENTED AND UNINSPIRED A DINING EXPERIENCE AT EVEN A HIGHER RIPOFF PRICE TIER--AVOID BOTH AT ALL COSTS!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FRUSTRATION FOR FINE DINING.
Love this place. They have to figure out how to keep the fajitas from smoking up the whole area. Our clothes even had the meat smell after returning home.
Food was delicious. Some portions sizes are small for the price (steak frites). Cocktails are great.
There was a nice selection of wine and good service.
Great place for an informal business lunch.
Great as usual!
Husband and I met brother and sister-in-law for dinner.
Had more fun interacting with our server, Karen.
She was awesome! Answered all our questions and gave us great service!
Great ambience with a lovely server and good food.
Delicious brunch! Big portions, great food and drink for the price.
Everything was absolutely delicious and the server made a great wine recommendation. The table was a little small for all the dishes and people, but the rest of the experience was excellent.
We have loved this place and continue visit every time we are in town. Thanks, as always, for fun evening of comfort food, great cocktails and wine.
It was delicious! We actually ate at Wine Dive twice during our 4 night stay in the Wichita area! The duck, fish tacos, ahi tuna and crab cakes were all amazing! The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional! Wine Dive, Thank you for 2 great meals!
Very noise, hard to carry on a conversation at times.
Great food, drinks and value. Service was top notch from Donna!
Awesome place! Our waitress was super nice and attentive. The menu was unique and from experience that can be iffy. But we were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. We are definitely going back. If you are trying somewhere new but don’t want to deal with maybe finding out the place isn’t that great then go here. They won’t disappoint you.
Great food and drinks. The large wine glass is huge. Don’t drive home after you drink it lol
Our table for three sampled the Crab "Burger," (a giant crab cake on a very fresh-made bun, the Salmon Wrap (everything but the capers in a low-carb wrap, and the Lox and Bagel - actually very thin bagel slices with all the trimmings put together like a sandwich. Each was delicious. The service was excellent.
Went for my wife’s birthday. Got seated right away with our reservation. Waitress was great, food was excellent!!! One of our favorite restaurants.
We went to brunch to celebrate my birthday. I have been to Wine Dive before, but never for bunch. I was excited to try the brunch based on reviews, but I was thoroughly disappointed. The service was extremely slow and they were not busy at all. Less than 50% capacity. I started by ordering a mimosa, which was flat. I told the waitress the bubbles were flat and she did not offer up a solution whatsoever. Finally, I asked for a Bloody Mary instead. It was OK, likely because it sat at the bar for 10 minutes before they brought it to the table (only after I had to ask). I ordered the Cajun eggs Benedict. The Hollandaise sauce (what there was of it anyway) looked yolky, not creamy. It didn’t taste like Hollandaise sauce at all. There was no seasoning on anything, and I’m not really sure what was supposed to make the dish “Cajun” - I had to cover the entire dish with hot sauce to add flavor. When the bill came, the waitress had not taken off the mimosa - we had to ask for that. She looked at the still full glass and said “well I guess she didn’t drink any of it”. Ugh, very frustrating experience and I’m sad that I have to leave a poor review.
We had a wonderful time for my daughters bday you all made us feel welcome. You gave us your party room and that was the best.
Our server was delightful! Food was very good!
Delicious food. Great drink menu! Looking forward to dining there again.
Delicious food; good times! We enjoyed a variety of appetizers, wine, and entrees!
We enjoyed our meal, the great customer service, the high energy atmosphere and the relaxing evening at Wine Dive. Wine Dive is one of our favorite go to restaurants for an amazing evening out.
We’ve been going to Mike’s for years, always great until tonight
Started out with water all over our table when we were seated turns out table was not steady
Got Ahi Nochos as an appetizer as we always do they were not the same not fresh
I had the steak frites steak was great frites tasted like dirty laundry
I’m guessing the frites were old frozen potatoes
Having had so many great experiences at Mike’s it pains me to say that something has changed
Don’t know if we’ll be back
