The food was flavorless and the waitress was awful. She acted like she was too busy to answer our questions and was not friendly. Won’t go back and will warn others of the poor dining experience. Would rather spend my money on quality.
A little too cold in there. Not loving the new layout of the tables. Not as cozy. Felt more like a banquet hall.
The food just wasn't at a standard for the advertisements and price point. Selections were too limited.
Outstanding service and ambiance. Great selection of drinks and food. Highly recommend.
Always a fun spot for causal dining and drinks . Be aware they do not accept Open Table reservations.
Cozy environment. Service and food were great. This was our first time visiting Wine Dive and were very impressed.
Very nice quiet place to have dinner. Really like the atmosphere! I will be going back when I’m in town next.
Great wine and wine service. Brooke knows his stuff. Food was awesome!
We have eaten several times at the Wine Dive for lunch, which was fine, but this time we went for dinner. We had a reservation and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was nice and attentive. The food was very disappointing. The bruschetta appetizer was ok but was topped with too much balsamic sauce and shaved cheese. A case of more is not always better. The entrees ordered included the chicken piccata and the crab cakes. The crab cakes were good sized but mainly filling and not much crab. The sauce was a tiny amount on the side of the plate. The risotto could have been good but lacked salt and had large pieces of onion. There was no salt and pepper on the table. The chicken piccata breast was too thick and tasted like it was
coated in store bought Italian seasoned bread crumbs. I’ve personally have not ever had chicken piccata with this type of crust. The flavor of the coating was very strong and ruined the dish. The mashed potatoes were just ok. I would probably not dine here for dinner again.
Great food, nice surroundings, friendly staff makes for a wonderful evening
Great food.... Great service! And had the table ready on a NYE night night on time.
As always food was outstanding service was great
Mike’s is our favorite Wichita restaurant
Loved this place. Waitress was awesome and friendly. Service was perfect and great atmosphere. Would definitely return.
Great food and atmosphere. Would definitely go back.
Food and service were both phenomenal.
We've dined at Mike's Wine Dive several times and had a great experience, but......something is seriously wrong now. Our table of 4 was served unacceptable food. If you go, DON'T ! order the Drunken Bread, the Beef and Broccoli, the Taco Bowl or the salads. Hints from the manager?, were that they knew they had problems.
Our waiter was a little distance. Didn’t attend to us as best as he could’ve. Food was great though. Definitely would be back
Great food as always we’ve never been disappointed at Mike’s
Only noteworthy thing is our server seemed distracted but that happens I think
We all enjoyed the food very much. Our server could not have been more attentive and polite
My first review ever: This was my first experience at Wine Dive and it was truly wonderful. The food is well plated with so many bursts of flavors that pair well together. I tried the Ahi Tune Nachos and Oysters as appetizers. Then for the main course I got the lobster/crab/shrimp mac and cheese. All of the food was decadent and delightful. Our waitress checked on us throughout our visit and was awesome! I highly recommend this place.
Our service was spectacular and the food was great as always. Perfect for Sunday brunch!
Every box was checked. Food was outstanding from sea bass to the filet. Service was legit. Love the dive atmosphere. Our wines were superb. Just really had a great dining experience.
We always enjoy Wine Dive and take out of town visitors there
We love the Wine Dive! Food is amazing! Staff is super friendly! The only suggestion I would have is to have more of a variety of desserts.
It was our first visit. The food was delicious and the service was EXCELLENT!!!
Went with family. Second time as we have visited Wichita. Only issue was my father-in-Law’s crab cakes were not cooked right. They came out later than everyone else’s. Donna, the server gave him potato soup in the meantime and he loved it! We’ll be back. Just a hiccup.
The food and service are always impeccable. Great place for business luncheon or dinner.
Food was very tasty and we ordered great on a recommendation from our server... will be going back
Our waitress was kind, and the food was very good. I will be back. I had the special and was told it had a little kick. I like spicy. It was hot and very spicy......I will just try something else next time. Appetizers were a little skimpy but the desserts made up for it.
Food wasn't as good as usual. Wild Boar dish was too spicy and not much Boar. Martini night and it tasted watered down. Not very good. A little too noisy to visit with friends for their 60th Wedding Anniversary.
Our server Ash was spectacular. My aging parents often times have trouble navigating menus but she walked them through it like a champ. Over all a great experience with 2 over 86 year olds, two over 60 year olds, a near two year old and a 32 year old.......great service and food.
I’ve had great steak around the world but in Wichita Mike’s is the best
No restaurant is as good at consistently awesome food
The fried oysters weren’t good. We ate them all because we paid for them, but someone needs to recheck the oysters before they are fried because these had a funny texture.
Wine Dive is one of the best kept secrets in Wichita. Over the past few visits, it seems to be getting more popular, but it is certainly my go-to restaurant in Wichita.
This was my first ever trip to Wichita and I have to say that Wine Dive made an extremely positive impression on me for this city. The food was amazing and the wine was delicious. Staff took great care of me, as well. I highly recommend and will be back should my travels land me in Wichita again sometime.
Always great customer service and the food and cocktails are great.
The Wine Dive is a great place to get a great meal. I have eaten several entrees including the sea bass and linguini. Both are very good. The Smores dessert is a delicious, fun and economical way to end the evening.
Best food and service I ever remember having. Im not sure what could be better.
Food was good, although my husband's pasta was a bit spicier that expected. Service was, unfortunately, rushed (the restaurant wasn't full). Great wine list, and good cocktails.
My wife and I enjoyed the food. Our server did a decent job but we felt rushed to decide on our meals and to consume each course.
