Wine Cellar Restaurant, escondido en una esquina del centro histórico, ha sido uno de los iconos de Los Gatos desde 1966. El Wine Cellar alberga un patio galardonado donde comer al aire libre y goza de impresionantes vistas a las montañas de Santa Cruz. En la planta baja ofrece una experiencia más íntima con cálidas paredes bañadas en oro y reservados iluminados con velas. Sirve fondues suizas y de gruyère, pescado y marisco fresco (incluyendo abulones), abundantes platillos de pasta, cordero natural ecológico y pollo y cerdo naturales. El Wine Cellar también prepara sabrosa y tierna carne de res natural de Painted Hills, sin antibióticos ni hormonas, además de opciones 100% vegetarianas, fondues de chocolate y otros postres caseros. Great restaurant to relax and enjoy the evening with friends and family in a lovely outdoor setting. The menu is very good and very easy to follow. The food was excellent and very well served with some very tasty dishes that we enjoyed in a very nice place. The restaurant is a great value and very well maintained with good quality food. We enjoyed our time there. We will definitely return and highly recommend the restaurant.

Tried the Steak special. It wasn't. The steak was underdone by about 4 minutes. The second time around when that was all there was left on the plate with some "greens" it was better. But raw isn't the way I ordered it.

My wife and I had dinner at the Wine Cellar Restaurant on Friday, July 11th. We enjoyed our meal and the service we received was very good. The set up for the restaurant is a little different with the way the tables are arranged in the cellar dining area. A little quirky but we were quite comfortable with our table and the dinner service flowed quite well. The food was very good but not quite to the "outstanding" level. No complaints at all, just nothing particularly memorable with the food presentation. We enjoyed our evening and won't hesitate to go back.

Swordfish was very good. But the Asian salad was awful— loaded with cabbage, onion and wontons —and little chicken. The peach mocktail did not have peach flavor but rather lime—disappointing

The food was absolutely excellent. The service was very attentive. We were there to celebrate our 3oth anniversary and enjoyed the dinner.

Had the abalone appetizer - yum yum. Wine by the glass prices decent. Bread was so so plus it’s ala carte and not worth the $4 they charge for it. For such expensive entrees you would think they would give you bread. The short ribs were good as always.
