Wine Cellar Restaurant
The Cellar is still a great place for dinner. The service was great and the food good. One of persons in our group thought his food was not hot enough for him, so he asked the waiter to warm it up. The waiter responded immediately and took care of it. We were seated in an upper level booth, which gave us a great view of the restaurant.
Tasty food, decent portions
Neat location. Good food and service. A little loud.
As always, I food was amazing and the service was great. We love the food there. She
Their lamb lollipops are to die for. Everything else is great.
We always enjoy dinners at Wine Cellar. Tonight, everyone at our table was served and we were told a few more minutes for the last plate. Then informed the last meal wasn’t because they somehow gave us the wrong menu and the salad was not available. They quickly prepared another dinner plate and removed this item from our bill. We somehow received the wrong menu but the staff made it right.
Food is always excellent. Wines are overpriced though
The three of us had a great time. The wait person was friendly and did a great job of taking care of us.
We were lucky to get a close parking space as it was raining on and off.
We were sat up at the top in a both so we could enjoy looking at the décor and others enjoying their dinners.
We will be trying it for lunch.
We enjoy the Wine Cellar and are repeat customers. Started in the bar during happy hour and enjoyed the clams and mussels and a glass of wine. Even with reservations, the hostess allowed us to take our time before being seated for dinner.
Had the French onion soup (consistently good). As I was rather full from the appetizers at the bar, I ordered the stuffed pepper appetizer as my entrée. Mine was barely lukewarm with cold spots in the chicken stuffing. The waiter kindly replaced it when I let him know. My friends ordered the shortribs (tender but lacked a little seasoning this time) and duck confit (very good) and we finished off with the flourless chocolate cake (a winner). Our coffee was served tepid but replaced when we told the waiter - he did make a comment that he had just made the coffee 20 minutes earlier and returned with piping hot cups of coffee.
We were celebrating two birthdays, which I noted in OpenTable...but they were not acknowledged.
Great place with a enough noise to give it a party atmosphere and yet you can still enjoy your conversation with your wife and friends. Food, drinks and service a big 👍up
The staff were fantastic and the food was exceptional.
Love Love Love the Wine Cellar, always a great experience!
Delicious southwestern chicken salad that I am craving again!
Great food great servers plenty of parking
Consistent good food. The wait staff are very nice and attentive. Highly recommend. Love that they change the menu with the season.
I usually enjoy eating here. Our waiter was great this time but this isn’t always the case. Dessert options look amazing but there is just something unsatisfying about them that don’t make them worth the splurge nor the price. I do typically like the regular entrees.
The food was excellent. I also ordered a bottle of sparkling water, and was told I would get a stopper so I could take the remainder home when we left, but the stopper was not available as we were told the waiter threw it away as he did not know we wanted to take it home. It is usual in all other restaurants we have been to be enabled to take the remainder home. Most disappointing in this respect.
I loved the place. I met with a woman I had dated last year and not seen for a long time, and I really wanted to make a good impression with her. I think we succeeded! :)
Was really disappointed. Received gift cards last year and decided to use them. Looked up the restaurant on the internet. Thought it was a nice semi upscale restaurant. The staff was pleasant and the menu had a nice selection. We ordered the calamari to start. It was edible, but had a firm fried crust with not much flavor. My husband ordered a Cuban sandwich. The shredded pork and pickle were the only part of the sandwich that are on a Cuban. I ordered the French dip. You can't really mess that up. It arrived on a nice roll with a folded up piece of plastic taste and textured roast beef. Really disappointing. Maybe dinner is better, but lunch was a waste.
Still blown away. Anticipated a better meal.
Great food. Forgot to give us booth seating as requested. Other than that, very good. Omar is the best.
My party of 4 had a reservation for 1pm. We were promptly seated and then waited for 20 minutes for our waiter to take our order. He was about to walk away after getting our drinks (to give us time to think)...
The pacing of lunch was too slow and there were not many people at the other indoor tables. While it’s nice to catch up with friends, 2 hours eating soup and salad was a bit much. I could see this amount of time had we been there for dinner...
Disappointing overall experience.
Moses was our sever. He did an amazing job and the food, like always, was delicious!
I have been eating at this restaurant for years and it is always consistently delicious. I love the outdoor dining area. I meet my friends here all through the summer so we can sit outside and enjoy the food and our great conversations.
Great atmosphere to enjoy great food with excellent service. Garfield is an excellent waiter.
We got the food we didn't order but the server told us that was the correct one, which is completely different than the description on the menu.
Our waiter was on top of it. I appreciated he kept checking in on us to make sure we were doing ok. We ordered the regular fondue - it seemed a bit grittier than the way I remember it being. Otherwise everything else tasted wonderful.
We had a 8pm reservation and got a table at 8:50pm. Other than that it was great. :-)
We made a reservation and then waited 35 minutes to be seated, we were then seated at the same time as a group of 10 who ended up finishing dinner and leaving before my wife and I. We were not offered an appetizer or even a free drink for the inability to manage reservations versus walk ins, it’s not so important that we are given something free as much as it represents an acknowledgement of the mistake and inconvenience. When the food came out it was really good and the waiter was great but $200 for 2 people to have dinner and a drink each was more than the value I felt I received. While the food was good I don’t know if I can justify the price to come dine again
Garfield our waiter was awesome
We have been frequent gests of the Vine Cellar and enjoyed very much its Great service and Great food. Keep it up you guys!
This is a great special occasion restaurant. The food is good as was the service and it is quiet enough to have a conversation in a relaxed atmosphere
They do their best to accommodate customer requests. You can’t ask for better service and food. Keep it up!
Chicken Marsala was over salted. Air temp was warm ...the waiters were sweating! Slightly overpriced for the quality of food.
Great food, excellent service! Thank you guys!
The fish in the fish and chips could have been crunchier. Everything else otherwise was very good.
Good food, great service
I've been going to the Wine Cellar for about fifteen years now and it never disappoints!!
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!! !!!!!!!! !!!!!We will be back!!!!!!!!
Enjoyable evening - dinner for two. The staff was attentive and the food was tasty and of good quality.
The restaurant is a bit noisy when it is full, which it was that evening.
This restaurant looked very appealing because we are vegetarian but eat seafood and we adore good cheese as well. We bought our own wine and in the beginning the service was really good. However, as time went on we felt as if we got left behind. We were not getting as much attention as we needed. We had to ask the staff for our waiter. In the end the food was good but once dessert came around we didn’t get dessert because the service was not fast enough. Great food but poor service.
