   Beautiful setting for an adult night at Disney Springs. Highly recommend the large charcuterie board. Wonderful selection of wine. Unfortunately, they ran out of a few items. Service was attentive and excellent.

   We had a hard time finding the restaurant with Apple Maps and ended up 10 minutes late for our reservation. We were seated on the upper patio and the noise level outside was too much for our group. We had to holler to have a conversation. BUT, the wine and food was delicious and the service was wonderful. We had warm olives, humus, skirt steak, and the cheese board- one of the best meals I’ve had!

   I heard good things about wine bar George wanted to try it out and it did not disappoint everything was delicious our server was amazing she really gave us some amazing options on the wine list we had a few appetizers which were delicious the Barada and meatballs The main attraction the skirt steak with potatoes chefs kiss will definitely be back

    Perfect spot for a lunch for small plates and great wine! Our server and the sommelier were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Started with 3 small plates: Burrata, Vidalia Onion and the Pork Belly. All were exceptional. Finished by sharing the steak frites. Delicious fries. Next time would ask for the topping (a type of chunky aioli) on the side. If you are looking for a delicious lunch with great service, check this out. Your meal can be as light or heavy as you want.

    I was disappointed w the dining experience. Advertised as tapas style, I ordered 6 small plates including a mix of hot and cold ones as well as a signature drink. The meal was not paced. Instead all six items arrived at the same time (and before the drinks). The waiter suggested it was the kitchens fault but I suspect he ordered them for one delivery. It made the meal rushed and the table crowded. It could have been so much better.

    Wife and I have visited many times, and it's always great experience. Service, wine and food never disappoint. Christian is a terrific waiter and we couldn't ask for a better dinner experience.

    Great time here. Had the big charcuterie board and a bunch of small plates. The big board was awesome. 6 of us shared it. The bacon relish is to die for. Sean our waiter was great. He was very helpful picking out wines. We had a bunch of different drinks, including frozen drinksj, a bottle of Prosecco and some glasses of red wine. Everybody loved their drinks. Planning to possibly go back tomorrow for lunch. Highly recommend.

    I have always enjoyed my time at Wine Bar George. However, the wife and I only came because of one of our greatest meals; octopus salad. Now that it is no longer in the menu, we had to switch it up a bit. Our replacement starters were the meatballs and the pork belly. They were both good but nothing compared to the octopus salad. We also had a cheese platter, which was also good with the honey and marmalade. Our main course was the skirt steak and it was delicious. My only complaint about this platter is that the asparagus has been substituted with bok choy. The bok choy was good, but it made the potatoes a bit soggy. For drinks we had long islands. It’s disappointing when you have the long islands come back and they are two completely different colors. One had to much sweet and sour, the other had an overwhelming amount of soda instead of a splash. However; with no arguments they took our drinks back. Gave us two that were an improvement. Overall the meals were good and the environment is also enjoyable. However, with the disappearance of the octopus salad, we don’t see ourselves coming back anytime soon.

    Surprised to find this gem in the Disney Springs offerings. Ate here 2 nights while in town for a conference. Great wine list and some very nice small plates and entrees. Menu small which I consider a plus- do a smaller number of things we’ll especially in a large venue like this. The tomato and burrata was amazing and I had both nights. The chicken entree on risotto also delicious. The desserts were both excellent. I also appreciated the reasonable portion sizes. Orlando sometimes delivers plates with enough calories for a family of four, seemingly favoring volume over quality. I will come back again at our next conference!

    Sean, our server did and outstanding job. The bar staff was excellent, even after the meal and wanting to close, answered questions and educated on their product. The food is always spot on and amazing! We will continue to return as long as the quality of service and food stays where it is or above!

    Thank you to the host for holding my RSVP. I was late and she was just a peach. Thank you for that. My server Orlando is very pleasant and told my friend and I about this beautiful establishment. I got a frozen rose and then we both had the Steak & Eggs. Delicious! I noticed a group in front of me that brought in the wine cups that the restaurants sell & they were getting the frozen alcoholic drinks for half price. THAT’S A STEAL!! I ended up seeing the sign when leaving the place about that deal. I will a 100% be back with friends and family. Beautiful restaurant upstairs and downstairs. Great experience. 3/5/23
