Led by Master Sommelier George Miliotes, Wine Bar George offers more than 200 wines by the glass, bottle and ounce. Enjoy wines from acclaimed and well-known wineries as well as growing regions that are up-and-coming. Whether you are looking for a glass of wine on tap or an ounce of some of the finest wine in the world, we have something for everyone to enjoy. The design for Wine Bar George is similar to a winemaker’s home estate with a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Our menu features masterfully paired wine and food and a selection of cocktails.     Amazing cheese and charcuterie board, also shared the skirt steak , everything was delicious and servers was very attentive

    Always great service and great food here and they make the best drinks! Honestly best place in Disney springs and not talked about enough

    Great experience for Sunday brunch at Wine Bar George!! The brioche French toast with coconut cream is superb!! Had the steak & eggs, and others at the table the breakfast charcuterie board. All superb!!! Will def be returning!!

    Great food, great wine, great cocktails, and good service. Pricey, but worth it for a nice occasion.

    Service people from the host to the Bar tender think they are running a famous NY Deli or something. Need to push out more kindness and stop frowning. Service good but lacked a nice vibe. Host looks like she is just miserable and don’t like her job.

    Fantastic experience today at WBG! Hostess was very friendly and sat us upstairs at a corner table with a view of the amphicars. Kienan was our server and he recognized us from our last visit. His service was above and beyond. Ordered the chicken biscuit, steak and eggs, kids French toast, and champagne experience. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to come back in a few weeks with my MIL.

    This restaurant is so unique and wonderful! This was our 3rd time to do an overnight at Disney Springs to eat at Wine Bar George. The food is amazing and the staff is top notch.

    Wine Bar George never disappoints! The service is excellent. If you want or need a recommendation on wine selections, your server is knowledgeable and very well trained. The menu items are chosen with the intent of pairing well with all the wines available. We ordered the big board--so much food! And all delicious! You just can't go wrong here.
