A form of art We wanted to recreate a place where people could gather and enjoy one of life’s greatest pleasures, wine. This unique boutique bistro was created to become an exclusive UK representative for vineyards in all Italian wine regions and also from other famous wine production areas all around the world. Our passion for wine is more than just a mere consumer product. We have learned after many years of experience that drinking wine is an absolute form of art. It is above all a cultural symbol that represents the identity of a region, its geography, its architecture, its tradition, and its own unique story. Wine Artist wants to bring the best from Italo-French vineyards parts of the world to a corner of north London and the by-the-glass menu highlights a different region each month. Relax in our beautiful enoteca, sip on Italian wines and enjoy yummy regional specialties to pair with your vino.

10/10. Quietly unassuming place but blows you away with the combo of wine (sensational and excellent value), food (small menu but for exactly the right reasons) and hospitality (Moritz the Semellier and owner is a complete gem). Will go back as soon as I’m back in the area.

Really lovely evening at the Wine Artist. The wine list is amazing and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend this little wine bar that has a limited but interesting menu. Maurizio makes you feel very welcome and by the end of the night you feel as though you are in Italy!

Maurizio, what a guy. In house sommelier who is very attentive and knowledgable. Made us feel very comfortable and made sure we had a very pleasant evening with good food and very good wine.

Amazing! We had such a lovely time at The Wine Artist, the wine was wonderful and the food simple and delicious. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, Maurizio was a fantastic host - taking time to take us through all the origins of the food and help us choose the right wine and dishes. It is clear how much passion and energy has gone into this local gem and you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be returning!

Maurizio is a wonderful host. The atmosphere, food and wine was outstanding. We left dinner feeling truly inspired by their passion. I would highly recommend.
