Food was amazing service was poor. We had to pour our own wines - in a vineyard!! We also had to ask for drinks we had ordered, starters were served at different times mean people had to wait and food cooled down. Had to ask to have starter plates cleared after a long time of finishing food. Staff were rude when we asked to order more drinks at the end of the night. Could have been a great evening with the food and the setting but the service really let it down.

Strangest experience ever Not well sign posted and behind closed gates. Sign states open if gates open so felt.in wrong place but could buzz to get in. Sign for car park that didn't seem to lead to much of a car park Needed to sign all party members in as described as a members club 1 member of staff in reception then followed us to the restaurant We were the only diners the whole night in quite a big restaurant with all tables laid out ready for diners. This meant no atmosphere with a really random selection of music, which displayed the song on a big tv by the bar Buttons on tables to ring for service £15 for bread to pick at was steep for 2 of us for the size loaf given Very small portions for the price, but I guess they were aiming for fine dining experience. Food was tasty but nothing that's going to take me back or suggest people really need to go dine alone especially for the price Tirimisu dessert not worth the high price tag and didn't go well with lemon curd Staff knowledgeable about the wine and millions of different wines on display and to choose from £20-30 per medium glass wine was a bit steep Staff fairly attentive but not very good at upselling or explaining menu No effort to do anything special for us even though mentioned we were there for a birthday considering how much money we were spending Was hoping there would be nice views of te vineyard or option to dine outside in good weather, but no option provided even though we were only ones there and the way the building is the windows are not the best for the view of vineyard. Overall poorly sign posted, not inviting, atmosphere lacking, over priced menu for certain options. Could be great if dropped the price or made it feel more like an experience with explaining g all the wines that are there etc

One seafood dish had not been properly cleaned and was gritty so not so enjoyable. Also although not busy it was not possible to attract attention to order drinks. To balance this the belly pork dish was excellent.

The food, service and overall experience were all absolutely top quality. One of the very best restaurants we’ve had the pleasure of visiting, we’ll definitely be going back

We felt let down by the service by the Quob Park Staff. No “extra” mile was given throughout the service and everything took a little longer than preferred. Being pregnant there was some ingredients that I could not eat and no accommodation was made to change some of the sandwiches. I was told that I could just pick off what I couldn’t eat. Really disappointed. No other alternatives were offered to me. Being Mother’s Day it dampened our experience with you.

Feeling very ripped off. Was led to belied that a 'Wine and Parings 9 course meal' would come with wine pairings. If you want pairingsto go with it, the total cost is £400 for 2 people.

Our visit was to the vineyard for our afternoon tea. We found the staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. The food was delicious! We will definitely be going again!
