We usu have very good meals and a great overall experience at Windy City. . Tonight was not one of them. It took a long time to get our food and it came out luke warm like it had been sitting around. The Brussels sprouts dish didn’t have good full pieces to it, it was mainly separated leaves and the oysters were very slimy. We were upstairs and the noise level was very loud. We were also on the side where you were open to the outside and it was hot. Granted we picked a hot day to go, but it was hot. We will go back though.

We had reservations for 630 and we were taking immediately upstairs. Beautiful atmosphere great view of the lake. Weather was very nice that day so it was a great experience. I ordered the lobster roll, which was delicious! My husband had the shrimp tacos, which he really enjoyed and then he ordered a side of their brussels sprouts, which he said were phenomenal. We would definitely go there again!

Waited 25 minutes before getting waited on only after stopping a bus boy to fine a waitress. Then had to go to bar to pick up drinks she did not bring back. Waitress never came back had to go to bar to get drink refills. Food once we finally were able to order and receive was good. A manager came by the table after we were there over 2 hours and apologized for the service. Most likely will not return.

Had a great experience tonight! Savannah took excellent care of us and all of our needs. Great place to catch up with friends. Food was amazing. Highly recommend the Old School Burger, Loaded Tater Tots, and Apple Tart dessert! We will be returning very soon!

Nice variety on menu. Everyone at table happy with food. Speciality drinks were exceptional. Wait staff was attentive and responsive. Can't wait to go back on a nice day when they have the patio doors open.

Great food and great service . Food came out slower than usual bec waitress said short staff tonight but she tried to get our meal as quick as possible. We come to Windy City a lot.

We came for a quick bite to eat before heading to a concert. We ordered the pizza and chicken and steak salads. As always, perfect. The food is always on point and the servers are always gracious. We’ll be back again.
